The police informed Midoriya's Family that he had been hospitalized. Dr. Smith and two other co-worker ( Dr. Yamada and Dr. Tanaka) along with Mitsuku rushed to see him.
Mitsuku been crying the whole day asking for his mommy. They couldn't console him when a police informed them that they have found Midoriya they felt relief but decided not to bring Mistuku along with them. They felt pitty for him so they brought him along. They never expected their Midoriya would be raped, their heart broken on hearing the news but managed not to tell this to Mitsuku.
"Excuse me, may I know the room number of Mr. Izuku Midoriya?? " Dr. Yamada asked the receptionist.
"He is in room no: 569" The receptionist replied.
"Thank you" The rushed with Mitsuku in Dr. Tanaka's hand. The little boy can't understand what's happening around him the only thing he wanted is his mom. They open the door and saw Midoriya sleeping with Oxygen mask. He seemed so weak and fragile after the miserable incident.

" Mommy!!! " Mitsuku cried and rushed towards his mother. Dr. Yamada got him and she didn't want to wake Midoriya up.
"Let me go, I want Mom!!, Mom.. MOM!!!!" Mitsuku screamed asking for his mom. Everyone felt sorry for the little one. Midoriya recognised to whom that sofe tiny voice belongs to. He slowly opened his eyes only to see his baby crying for him pathetically in Dr. Yamada 's hand.
"Mi...tsu-ku..... " Midoriya faintly called his son. He rised his hand in the direction of his son. Dr. Yamada release Mitsuku from his grip, he ran to his mother and embraced him crying his heart. Midoriya squeezed him sniffing his child's scent. He really missed his child. Midoriya removed his oxygen mask and kissed his forehead but it doesn't calm the little one. Midoriya regained much of energy just by his child's scent he sat upright and showered mitsuku with kisses.
"I'm sorry, baby. Mommy couldn't make it yesterday" Midoriya cried.
"It... Never mattered, m-mom. I Sniff* only.. Want Y-you sniff*.... Wahhh*" Mistuku cried clinging to his mom. ( wahh - crying sound).
Everyone's eyes filled with tears on seeing their reunion. They gave them some space and left the room.

Then police came for investigation. They asked Izuku about identity of rapist but midoriya said he didn't see him though he knew it is. He still couldn't forgive himself for being hated and disgusted by his childhood friend and first love. He hated himself for being weak omega and quirkless.
Mitsuku questioned them how his Mom was saved. They blankly said Ground Zero saved him.

"He is my idol... My hero!!!! " Mistuku scramed in awe. Izuku watched his child with a fake smile. Only he knew what had happened to him. Isuku hid all his pain inside him.
He thought Bakugou would kill him for hiding his son from him, he will disgust him to death. He's afraid to loose his child, his only family and love.
he took a week off from his work and stayed with Mitsuku. But his health became worst day by day. The couldn't eat properly and he was always tiered. His body easily fatigue.
He continued his job as a Doctor in Hospital for hero and civilans. But the stress pressured him.
𝙊𝙉𝙀 𝙈𝙊𝙉𝙏𝙃 𝘼𝙁𝙏𝙀𝙍 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙄𝙉𝘾𝙄𝘿𝙀𝙉𝙏
A teenage kid was admitted to the hospital with severe external and internal damage from a villian attack. It was Midoriya who operated him, it was a successful surgery. Midoriya looked after him for a week. But his condition deteriorated. Midoriya tried his best to save but unfortunately the child lost his life. Midoriya was heartbroken and depresses from the loss. Dr. Tanaka tried to console Izuku. He smiles weakly and said he was alright.
Midoriya's head begin to spin, his body felt heavy like a log. He dragged his feet to rest room. His eyelids shut and he fainted on the way. A janitor saw him and informed to his colleagues. The layed him in one of the room. They examined him and inserted a drip into his vein then let him rest.
2 HOURS LATER
Midoriya opened his eyes , Dr. Smith was sitting beside him.
"Dr.Midoriya, how do you feel?? " He asked him.
"Yeah, better" Izuku replied.
"Yep, good to hear" He said in a low tone.
"Dr. Midoriya, I wanna tell you something which may not be a good news for you, but as a doctor I cheched you and... " Midoriya eye Widened, he feeling of fear bloomed inside him.
"I.... I mean you.. are a month pregnant. I think it's cuz of the incident from back then" He said to izuku. He was shocked to hear it. And again it happen to him knocked up by the same person twice. 'Bakugou is gonna disgust me money he thought. Tears escaped from his eyes and began to wet the bed sheet.
"But medical science is improved now. You can have an abortion" He suggested.
Midoriya fisted and rises his hey looking straight into his eyes. "Nope, I'm keeping it" He replied strongly.
"But it's that faceless rapist's" He insisted.
"But it's mine too and I'm gonna BIRTH IT" Midoriya replied rubbing his belly. Dr. Smith was speechless, he asked him to consider about it later.
"Even if the world is against it I'm not gonna give on by baby" He said. Dr. Smith gave up and agreed with him, he said that he will support him untill he birth the child.
They examined the child's growth and health. It turned out Midoriya is having twins. He was happy to have them. He never regretted birthing Mitsuku nor for the unborns.

"Baby?? " Izuku called Mitsuku who is digging into his favorite katsudon.
"Yeah, Mommy?? "
"What if you have little Brother or Sister? " Izuku asked him with wondering gaze.
"I will play with him, bath with him and I will not be alone at home anymore" Mitsu said munching his dinner. Midoriya smiled at him.
The work stresses him and the twins inside him. It wasn't hard when Mitsuku was born, his mother was with him. Now he have a child to look and s Busy job. The wish his mom was with him. His mom was very supportive and caring. He never did anything when Mistuku was inside him. The only thing he did is study and study. But now he is about to birth Twins with stress and busy work at home and hospital.
He decided to reduces his work load he changed from surgeon to consultant. He went back to Tokyo. It seems there are more complications in his Second pregnancy. He got to consult doctor ever week end. Within 3 months his belly began to grow as if he is in his 4th or 5th month. Mitsuku transfer to a new school in Tokyo. He is happy to welcome his little brother and sister.
