My life saver (Matthew Espinosa)

Chapter 1

My name’s Alexis. It was my first day in high school in a different state. California. The state of dreams. I think.

I moved here from Texas, I know I’m a Texas hillbilly. I’m going to get called it every day.

 I watched vine every day, I’ve seen every single one of Matthew Espinosa’s vines three times. I’ve never met him, and I’m not like everybody else, I’ve never met, or been noticed by him.

“Alexis, you’re going to be late! We have to go, like now, or you’re going to be late on your first day.”  My mom said from downstairs.

“Okay, I’m coming!” I said putting my vans on.

At school

“Hi, I’m here to get my schedule?” I said to the assistant at the front desk.

“Name?” she said rudely.

“Alexis Mclain” I said equally as rude.

“Okay, here you go.” She said setting the paper on the desk then looking down at her phone.

I turned around to see that there was a long line behind me.

“Oh, sorry.” I said looking down and starting walking fast. Right when I thought I was clear. I got pushed over, and fell flat on my butt. “Hahahahahaha!” I looked up and saw a group of girls laughing and skipping down the hallway.

I slowly got up and started to pick my books. “Hey, you need some help?” someone said.

I looked up and saw a girl with medium hair brown hair, taller than me but not super tall.

“please, I hate girls. I mean only some.” I said glaring at the girls that just walked by.

“Those girls, they hate anybody doesn’t hang out with them, so don’t take it personally.” She said standing up, and handing me my books.

“Thanks.” I said grabbing my books and smiling then started to walk away.

“Hey, my names Rheygan by the way.”

“Alexis.” I said smiling then walking to my first period.

The end of the day

School went crappy, I made one friend, and she only has one period with me.

I did my normal thing that I always do, I went on my phone. I was on it for ten minutes before my phone said “Matthew Espinosa posted a vine.” Of course I went on it. “Hey guys, its Matt! I wanted to let you guys know.. I MOVED TO CALIFORNIA!”

“WHAT?!” I yelled my Mom came running up the stairs like me when I see food.

“what’s wrong!?” She asked frantically.

 “Matt moved to California!” I said right as my phone buzzed in my pocket, I pulled it out and it was another vine notification.

“Just wanted to show you guys my new apartment!” my mom peeked over at my phone. “Heh, I know where that apartment building is.” She said turning around to walk out. “WHAT?!” I yelled and my Mom turned around and said “You need to stop yelling so much!”  “sorry…” I said really quiet. “alright do your homework.” “Hey mom, can we go?” “Ugh,  come on..”
