||Peggy's Pov||

"Wake up sleepyhead."

I hear and feel a hand coming close at my shoulder and I grab it cause of my vampire reflexes.

"Did you have to be the one to wake me up?"I said while opening my eyes to see the familiar blonde british man infront of me.

"Yeah I had to be the one because Kol went with Nessa out at the French quarter to see if there's anyone knowing about babies being alive and if anyone plans to kill them."Classic smirk of Klaus appeared on his face and I made a face while getting up from the bed.

"Why didn't you wake me up too?"I asked and faced him then went to the closet to find clothes.

"Because I think you already been through enough yesterday.Coming back from the dead and having enough stress on your back.Even though as I heard half of the stress went away at night."Klaus said I felt his smirk and i just thrown the shirt i grabbed to wear at him but he catched it and gave it back to me.

"Nessa I guess got up earlier by hearing you and Kol talking of him going to french quarter,right?"I asked while finding some jeans and he turned around and I started dressing up.

"Right.She heard and wanted to go because she was concerned after what happened yesterday.She wanted to make sure babies were safe and no one else goes after them."Klaus said and I placed my hand on his shoulder and he turned around looking me up and down to check the outfit then looked back at me when I started talking.

"Well when they'll be back and heard anyone talking about killing them, they'll be already dead.By my own bloody hands."I said with a serious face and went away.

"Peggy."

I heard a familiar voice the moment I went downstairs at the living room.I slowly turned around.It was Elijah.

"Hey Elijah."I said going closer at him.

"How have you been?"He asked me while I kept staring at his classical posture.Suit as always.Hair on point.And the classical noble being heard from his eyes and got spoken on it's own by his eyes.

"I'm okay.Since I'm able to hear still both heartbeats upstairs and making sure every second they are still here, I'm okay yes."I replied giving a slight smile.

"Good to know."Elijah said and gave a smile but it went away quickly."This witch,Freya.Why she always helps us despite all the other witches being against her?"

"I literally have no idea.I can try know her and ask her but to do this I have to be part of the coven.And I can't be a part of it because I'm half a vampire and believe me they don't really like it."I said and he looked down then back at me.

"Convince them then.With your words."

"It's not that easy Elijah."I said and continued staring at his beautiful brown eyes."I'm not you convincing everyone to nageciate with me."

"But this doesn't mean you can't try."Elijah said giving this look he had always been giving me the 'I believe in you' look.

"Fine, I'll try since you're so curious about knowing her.But only because I'm also curious."I said and he nodded.

"I'll go the moment Kol and Nessa are back."I said.

"Good."Elijah said.

"We back in case you didn't hear."Kol said and I immediately smiled hearing his voice.

"I think we all got the joke Kol thank you."Vanessa said walking right next to him.

"So?Anyone coming after us?"I asked and looked at both of them.
