After im done eating breakfast dad drives me and my little brither cole to school. Cole is just starting 5th grade and is the bestest little brother when he is not being annoying. He gets dripped of first, since his school is closer then my middle school. When we drop off cole. It happens. The butterflies starts coming becasue i know that in less then minutes i will see him. I get get out of the car to say goodbye to my dad only to him on his phone "bye dad" and in return i hear a distracted mumble. I close the door and turn around my looking for my bestfriend tessa. Tessa was all the things i ever dreamt of being ; totally beautiful,good with boys,nice to everyone, popular and smart just perfect. I had met her in second grade and i hated her because she was so perfect. But some how she made me budge and now she is my closest friend. Her long blonde hair flips as she truns around to face me with her signature smile. "Hey jessie!!" she runs over to give me a even though i had seen her a couple days before but whatever i embrace her hug. Tessa was the only person thay called me jessie. "Hey tessa" she gives me a very intense stare " Rumor has it that there is a new girl named kelly and she is gorgeous." shit, I think as if it wasnt already hard enough to get a guy you look at you with the girls already at my school but then add another. But i look around searching for the girl but i guess tessa knew what i was doing cuz she pokes me hard in the side and points to the crowd of girls. I had always been a little confidnet so i walked to the crowd and i walk until i see the new girl. Saying that kelly was beautiful was an understatment this girl was gorgeous like; god sent me down to earth to show you what perfect looks like beautiful. But i go right up to her. "Hi im jessica" she doesnt even flinch. She turns right to face me with her big white smile "hi im kelly" she seems so friendly and comfortable right away especially since we hug afterwards . "So want to tell me about the school " for some reason im kinda honored she chose to ask me. Its not like we are im some kind of school were talking between populars and unpopular was forbidden (she dodnt know it yet but i did this girl was going to be popular) but the girl asked me. So i said "welcome to glen crest school for the gifted artist." oh yeah i fogot to metion that out middle school is a performing arts middle school for the exceptional. But its not just for artist its for kids whp are really good at sport or really smart or just amazing at what they do. I basically do anything you can perform,singing acting,dancing etc. "I dont think you could have picked a better school" i say honsetly but i highly doubt she picked it. this school kinda picks you from behind the scenew and calls your parents who make you think that going to the school was your idea. And if you just so happen to discover this school and try to inroll here they are going to make you audition and if they dont like you then bye. "the best the teams are amazing and the glee club or whatever you wanna call it has people probably as good as beyonce and christina Aguilera. Our food court is top notch and all of our equipment is great. But this is all possible because alot of people do great things because of this school and when they get all rich and famous they donate to this school." she nods her head in understanding and awe. "If we have any classes together you mind if i sit by you." i look at her and kinda start laugh, not knowing thay all the girls behind her are just dying to be her friend. "Yeah of course"
Im disappointed when i realize o dont have first period with any of my friends so thay class was a drag . when the bell rings im the first out of the door i rush to my next class because i always lole seeing the new people in my class and again as i scan the and nothing...wait did i just see...is that......omg its jake!! I immediately stand up straight and smile because like they say your smile is your best curve. Then i cross my fingers because i knows whats coming next. Mrs.long our L.A teacher walks to her desk and grabs a piece of paper and walk back i cross my legs for extra effect. "Okay here is julian,Miranda,jacob and helen. This is your table. And this table is Lauren,ben,jessica, and jake."
OMG
So far this is my favorite teacher! Not only did she put in a table with jake but she put me in a with jake and the most shy quiet peopl in school like the think othee humans are like vampires. So now im the only one he will talk to.
Maybe this year will be different.
