The Dreams That Never End

Chapter 2-Lorelie

Lorelie's POV:
A week had passed and it was now Friday. I woke up again for a long day ahead of boring school. I missed my dream, laying next to the mysterious man watching a movie, I miss running my hands through his curly brown hair and staring into his ocean blue eyes. I miss him. In my dreams he was in the mafia. He was always in my dreams. I wondered why I wasn't afraid of him. I shrugged it of and got ready for school.

I waved my Mom and Dad goodbye. I was an only child all though I begged my parents for siblings they declined always saying 'one child is already enough work' I was always disappointed but accepted their decision.

I arrived at school meeting my best friend at the gates. Layla has been my best friend since primary school. We are inseparable. We are the famous duo in school I didn't like it as much as her because I hated attention, but she loved getting complements all of the time.

She was the basic popular girl, blonde hair and blue eyes. I had brown long wavy hair and brown eyes. We were complete opposites but that is what keeps us so close, we take eachother  out of our comfort zones.
As we walked in we both headed to English which was one of the classes we shared. The class felt like it took hours to finish. Me and Layla went to our separate classes and met up at lunch. "Me and you are going to a club tonight." Layla told me excitedly. "No, you know I hate going out." I said plainly. "You have to live a little you can't be boring and plus you are old enough you are turning 19 in a few months." She pleaded trying to convince me. "Fine." I complied not in the mood to argue as I longed to be cuddling with the mystery man.

"See you tonight." She sent me a playful wink before walking off. I sighed making my way home to get ready.

When I got home I texted Layla.
Me: what time are we going?
Layla: At 11 make sure u don't get caught sneezing out
Me: I won't, cya
Layla: byeee <3
I sighed before making my way over to my wardrobe to look for an outfit. I looked in being greeted by hoodies and leggings. This is going to be a long night.

I rummaged through my closet and found a decent looking crop top. It was black and had a low cut back and showed some of my cleavage at the front. I went over to my draws to see if I could find some white jeans. I eventually found some ripped jeans and put them on.
I heard laughing downstairs which meant my parents weren't in their room. I walked into their room, I wanted to use my mom's heels. After about 5 minutes of searching I found them. They were black and sparkled in the light. Maybe tonight won't be as bad as I thought.

I just finished up my hair. It was in a high ponytail and was in bouncy curls. Just as I set the curling iron down I heard my phone ding and I quickly picked it up.
Layla: I'm outside hurry up.
Me: Im coming
Layla: okay cya in a bit <3
Me: cya <3
I picked up my bag that had my heels inside. I put my trainers on and opened my window, I climbed down and when I was at the bottom of the roof I jumped onto the ground. I rushed over to the car and got in. I changed my shoes to my heels.
I looked over towards Layla. She was wearing a white crop top with black ripped jeans and white heels. We were wearing the same things but the colours were switched. "You look nice." I said causing her to look at me."Not to bad yourself." She replied and we both started laughing.

The car ride to the club took about 30 minutes. We entered the club and got drinks.Layla downed her drink and headed to the dance floor. I giggled as she kept loosing her footing. I turned around shots for me and Layla and that's when I caught him looking at me. I looked at his eyes, they were so familiar. The realisation hit me. It was him.
