Chapter 1

"Violet!!!" Layla burst opened my door.

"Shit what do you want it's 6:00 in the morning dude."

Layla doesn't give a fuck what time it is when it's the first day of senior year. She's been bragging about how her and her boyfriend are gonna be excited in seeing each other. Ughh. I don't understand the importance in being in a relationship.

"Wake up! It's the first day of school we have to look great!" she screamed her lungs out.

You see, Layla is the kind of girl that has many special occasions perhaps the first day of senior year, and there goes me. A not-normal 17 year old teenage girl who is in love with fictional characters and doesn't care about the world only her friends and school. So yea,life description since 8 years ago in a second☺.

When I was finally ready, I found Layla making burn't waffles down stares.

"Are you trying to burn down my house again Layla?" I asked her as I saw her in the kitchen.

" You know..you really have to work on your rudeness girl, after what happened with um.... you kno-".

"Please Layla not now.I don't want to have a bad day today " I said.

She nods understanding my situation. About 2 years ago I had the most lovely boyfriend I could ever have had. Everything went perfect, until I caught him in the act. He was making out with a hot cheerleader, but I understanded why he did that and then he dumped me, just like that. I know pretty harsh right?

Layla and I were already in the car driving to school. "You ready Violet?" Layla asks.

"So ready" I reply. Senior year here I go.
