"Before she leaves she might want to know something about the quirk." Nana turned back around and of course your body mimicked. "As you know there is a stabbing sensation tied to the quirk."

"You said excruciating pain not stabbing! What is wrong with you? It would be nice to know whether I would feel like I were going to die or not!" You shouted at the man.

"Oh be grateful I am even letting you use my quirk in the first place. You look too incompetent to even be worthy of it." Shinomori crossed his arms and rolled his eyes.

"Now I know the man with the two lined dodge truck logo on his face ain't talking about no one else's looks right now. Your hair look more parched then the flakes that fell off Shigaraki's neck."

"Aren't you the one who thinks Tomura Shigaraki is hot? Mm okay shut that foul mouth of yours up so I can finish what I was saying."

"Who are you talking too? At least my hero career will last longer than your life span." You spat at him.

"At least I survived life longer than your parents!"

"And where were your parents hm!? I don't recall anyone ever mentioning their existence in your life. Oh yeah that's because you were adopted!"

"You did not- I do not like this nuisance of a child."

"And I do not like this abomination of a hero."

"What's the abomination is that you couldn't pay attention to the road while walking home." Both yours and Shimura's eyes widened.

"What are you trying to say my mother's death was my fault?" His eyes widened realizing he may have over stepped a few boundaries.

"No I- I did not mean to-"

"Shut up I already knew it was my fault now just tell me what you were going to say so I can leave." You shut your eyes and turned away from him.

"Right..." His voice trailed off and replaced itself with guilt. "I just thought you would want to know that until you find the source of danger the pain will continue."

"This quirk sounds like it's almost as painful as the sound of your voice." You rolled your eyes and turned to Shimura.

She felt a bit of remorse for the words that she did not say and planned on scolding her superior later even if it wasn't her place. She looked down at you and swapped her face of pity for a gentle smile. "Would you like to go back to your family and friends now?"

"I have one more question for him." You pointed to him and slowly turned around. "You know how my mother died."

"Yes I do."

"Okay so you were able to see how a car came speeding down the road and all of that good stuff..." He nodded. "Do you know who hit her? The person was never caught."

"I do but that is something you will figure out with time."

You coughed out as much of the gas as you could and tossed the can outside hoping to relieve some of the discomfort in your head, but it did nothing. If the source of danger was right there and you disposed of it then why were you still feeling the stabbing sensation?

There is always a source to the source.

You mustered up the strength you had to walk out of the room only to find the gas spreading across the entire house. Not only had it clouded your judgement but also your vision. Swiping away the air around you there was a figure lying on the ground face down. You hesitantly walk towards it to find Mitsuki lying there in a daze ready to lose consciousness.
