Here are the rules for this shout out book.
Rule 1: You must give a permanent follow to this account Lilly_fleek123
Rule 2: if you want a shout out on Instagram you first have to give my Instagram account a permanent follow account name- lilly_fleek123
Rule 3: You have to fully complete the goal for that week, if you don't complete the shout out and DM me, you will not receive a shout out.
Rule 4: You can only receive a shout out once per week, once the new goal is posted the next week you can earn another shout out.
Rule 5: Please do not rush me, even if I do not immediately give you your shout out, don't worry I will give it at some point.
