Lets Continue Onwards

Third Person POV

     (Y/n) approached the giant crumbling stairs, going upwards towards pillars saying "Final Selection".

"This is it." She croaked out, extremely tired from the long journey. Of course she could do almost anything but physically she wasn't the strongest. She squatted down and jumped up and over the 23 cracked steps, landing peacefully.

Multiple people stared at her.

"Did she just jump over those stairs with all that weight?!" A surprised orange head practically screamed, annoying a lot of the fellow students around him.

Two small women looking identical but opposites at the same time started to talk. Shit!

"TANJIRO WAKE THE FUCK UP." She whisper screamed into the boys ear, pulling him off and shaking him by his shoulders.

Everyone was looking at the two, including the two women introducing the Final Selection.

"Knowing when to have manners and where is appropriate when joining the demon slayer corporation." The white haired woman spoke.

(Y/n) just stared at her, annoyed from the changing of treatment she had received back at Urokodaki's place.

The boy was now wiping his eyes open and scanning the situation.

He immediately bowed apologizing.

"I'm so sorry my friend here is a foreigner!" He said, staring at the ground.

"Who do you think you're-" The tall beautiful woman tried to get out, pulling Tanjiros sword out of its case in a threatening manner before he slapped the side of my head.

She sat dazed for a few seconds before she could recollect her thoughts. She was bowing by force from Tanjiros hand.

"What a cocky bitch." A man with the absolute worst hair cut in the world and scars all over his face spouted.

(Y/n) just turned her head, knowing that she couldn't move.

She expected a negative reaction like anger to boil up  inside of her but instead fear did. Her eyes immediately flickered for a second from her human form to her demon. She accidentally activated a power that's used for protection. It tells and shows if others are going to die soon and how.

She gasped, seeing the little boy before her being turned into a demon by a very scary looking 6 eyed demon. She couldn't see the entire event play out, just pictures that flash for a second or two that give her an idea.

The two small women started to continue back up the talk about the Final Selection, acting like the whole situation never happened.

Tanjiro had 7 days to stay in woods with demons. She had cursed his sword to teleport her to his location once the blade broke or once he chanted "IM A CHICKEN." She was just going to sleep on top of a tree branch the whole time to gain more strength.

(Y/N) POV

I walked around in the dark shadows, looking for the perfect resting place for the next 7 days. All the trees i've come across had either too much light or not enough shade. I couldn't throw up a force field while i'm sleeping so I always have to be weary of that.

Hovering over the leafs and sticks on the forest ground was something I had gotten used to until,

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" My voice along with another boys voice screams. I ran, well more like stumbled into a colorful, very scared young man.

"D-D-D-D-DEMONNNNN!" He screamed pointing in my direction. Right now my demon eyes were out and my fangs were visible. I took a good look at the boy for 30 seconds before coming to the conclusion that he wouldn't even try to touch or hurt me.
