Ice boy

Jack was sitting at the park in some town in the middle of nowhere, during the night he made it snow really hard so they would have a snow day. He loved doing this but he wasn't as happy as normal. He got up and had the wind carry him around the town. He was just about to take off when a girl his age(not certain but I'm going to say 18) called out his name. he sees a little boy maybe 6 years old run to her, do Jack takes off, but he still heard the girl whisper Jack Frost

The snow had cleared out for the most part so the kids had to go to school, but Jack still had fun. He walked to the park and to his surprise he saw the girl that had called out to him yesterday. She came up to him and smiled before she talked, "Jack Frost. I'm glad I finally got some help around here. I haven't been able to make it snow that hard for 12 years."

Jack is so taken back he grabs the girls hand and takes her to his camp.

What do you mean make it snow that hard

The girl didn't talk but just made a snowflake flutter around in her hand.

I'm weak Jack. My powers are fading away. Only little little kids believe in me anymore.

The only thing Jack could do was stare at the girl in amazement. He couldn't believe that someone else had the same powers as him.

"W-what's you name" Jack asked the pale, white haired girl sitting across from him
