(A/n): Before you start, (y/n)'s personality is meant to be displayed as childish and immature. Which is why their emotions change randomly at times.

"Don't let me fall in!" You squealed, gripping one side of the boat with your spare arm.
Today Fundy decided to take you fishing. You told him you had never gone before, because the habitat you lived in didn't supply enough water. He seemed aggressively excited to teach you, claiming that it was one of the few things he and Wilbur did together. He said once you got the hang if it, it was not only fun, but easy. You had to admit, it was a bit cute to see how he was acting.
Fundy giggling nervously snapped you out of your thoughts, as if he wasn't too sure he could promise
your safety.
"I-i would never (Y/n)!" He proclaimed, "I'd be losing yet another person."
Being the awkward person you were, nothing left your mouth except for a small "alright." You weren't the best with dark humor.
Fundy noticed your sudden change in behavior. And after mentally punching himself, he changed the subject. "We're almost there! You'll love the spot I picked."
The boat began to slow, and the two of you entered a more closed-off area near the forest.
Your expression altered once again, then you brightened and looked over his shoulder. The long string-like extensions from willow trees blocked your view. Thankfully, Fundy pushed them out of the way so nothing would get in your hair or his. "Wait till we get there-" he said, nudging you back with his elbow.
It was only a nudge, but Theseus knows how touch-starved you were. Brushing off the strange feeling inside of you, you protested.
"But I wanna see!"
"You will," he chuckled. "Once we get there."
You crossed you arms and let out a whine, gaining only a flick of an ear from the hybrid.
There was a short silence, fundy being at much more ease than before. He rowed the boat at a slow pace, and though he would never admit it, he was taking his time because he was spending it with you.
Captivated by your surroundings, you took a moment to take them in. The sun was near setting, though you could barely see it through the beautiful green leaves of the willows. A few lily pads were scrambled here and there, along with a frog or two. Moss lay on the edges of the land before it cut off, so if you were to jump into the water, you would be jumping maybe four feet. You peered out the side of the boat, half-expecting to see a fish swim by.
"(Y/n)?"
You glanced up, "Hm?"
"We're here!"
A gasp escaped your lips.
It was a breathtaking sight. With an ancient looking stairway made of cobble at the shoreline. Vines laid around, entangled in old tools and such.
Fundy knew how much of a sucker you were for sights like this.
After getting out of the boat, he extended his hand to help you.
You smiled gratefully, feeling heat pulse through you at the touch of his glove. "If you think this is nice, just wait!"
"Sir yes sir!" You responded bubbly, assisting him in grabbing the fishing poles out of his chest he placed down.
Fundy giggled, fixing his hat for the second time today.
"Wanna race?"
"But i dont kn-" Before you could finish, The part-fox ran off.
Your eyes widened, scared of being left alone. After pulling up the poles so they wouldn't scrape the ground, instead of just putting them in your inventory like someone with half a brain would, you ran after him.
Once you arrived, you were on the brink of death. You dropped the fishing rods and basically collapsed onto the soft earth. "No...fair!" You complained, "I have no idea where I am!"
"Oh..yeah..sorry."
Fundy approached you hesitantly, "need help?" He held his hand out once again.
You grunted, but obviously accepted the favor. "Why were you so ex-" -cited to get here.
"Holy shit-this is pretty!" You exclaimed.
You were on what could be described as mini-bluffs. There were no more willows here now. Just an opening from the trees full of  deep green grass with flowers and bees. The outlook of the water allowed you to see the setting of the sun.
"That's why I picked it!" Fundy said happily, waving his tail.
"Now lets fish!"
