"hi sawyer. Is your brother here by any chance" I was looking at and talking to drayton's brother nubbins. he wasn't talking to me but yelled "package at the front door" to what looked to be the entrance to a kitchen. soon after drayton came around the corner and mumbled something under his breath i decided to ignore it. he was probably saying something rude anyway like always.  

-drayton-

I was making a cherry pie in the kitchen when I heard nubbins call that my package was here. I turned around the corner and headed to the door. I saw lefty and mumbled "definitely not the package." I continued to walk over to the door and slammed it in lefty's face. but after I did it I felt bad?

-lefty-

I saw drayton walking over to the door and started to open my mouth to talk and saw drayton slam the door in my face. I (wanting to what what kind of "food" drayton was putting in something this time) sat on the doorstep.

-drayton- 

I went back into the kitchen after slamming the door. the pie I was making was for lefty anyway so if he was still at the door I could finish it really quick and give it to him. why was I even making him a pie anyway, I even skipped the human and kept note of what his favorite kind was from small conversations we have had over a few weeks. the "conversations" were kind of interrogations. But why did I even care about him why do I want to hold him and protect him and make sure no one touches hi- "IM IN LOVE WITH LEFTY" I shout from the kitchen nubbins turned around the corner and choptop followed slowly after. "awww big brother got a crush" choptop teased. "NO I don't" I quickly got defensive which was a mistake considering who i was talking to I finished making the pie while hearing nubbins and choptop making fun of me the entire time. I started walking to the door and started to open it seeing lefty on the porch I could feel blood rushing to my cheeks and it didn't help that nubbins and choptop were practically screaming "drayton's in love" at the top of there lungs I quickly gave lefty the pie and then closed the door fast. I heard him knocking again and open the door nubbins quickly walked in front of me and opened the door and said "hi do you need somebody" with the biggest grin on his face "yeah actually where is drayton" lefty asked. nubbins looked around his smile fading and turning into a frown when he say me sitting down of the ground crying. Lefty saw me and pushed passed nubbins and hugged me. I think I should tell him. "lefty"I said"yes?"Lefty asked. "I think i'm in love with you" I said realizing lefty was staring at me. "I-um really?" lefty asked. I looked down when I felt lefty lift up my face and kiss me. i pulled away from the kiss smiling still sitting on the floor with him and layed my head on his shoulder i looked up and saw choptop and nubbins staring at us smiling. choptop was saying something about him owing nubbins 20 bucks. I stared at my family then back at my love and smiled i couldn't be happier.
