Ivanna pov:

"Ivanna hurry up!" I heard my mom yelling from downstairs from the kitchen " i'm almost done" I yelled back as I hurried to get ready for school. "huh" i said to myself, Thomas hasn't texted back in the group chat, normally he would annoy us with his paranormal stuff. i sigh and grab my bag and walk out of my room downstairs to face my mom with her car keys in her hand. " oh no don't worry mom, i'm walking with shelly and Blake" i smiled "oh hm okay then just be careful sweetie" she smiled back and kissed my cheek. " haha don't worry mom ill be fine!" i said as i walk out the front door and faced with the sun beaming down my face. i close my eyes and take a deep breath of morning air "BOO!" i screamed and jab the persons stomach behind me "owwww ivy" I heard a familiar voice as i turn around "shelly!?" I exclamied and frowned "the one and only" she grins as she holds her stomach. i roll my eyes " come on, lets go we need to meet up with Blake" i grab her wrist and start to walk down the corner of my neighborhood. "shelly have you heard from Thomas? he hasn't respond to the group chat and not even my messages?" i look down at my phone at my messages to see if he was online. "hmm no, he hasn't respond to me either, which is weird because he cant hardly stay away from me" she said as she flips her hair playfully. i chuckle "i guess..." i bite my lip " hey ivy don't worry, he probbly stayed up masterbating and overslept" she reassured me and gave me a soft side hug " yeah your probably right" i smiled " sup ladies" i turn to my left to see blake " oh hi blake" i waved and so did shelly. " have you heard of thomas?" shelly asked blake "hmm i heard that thomas and marco went out adventuring but they never told me where" he shrugged and walked besides us. i humed in response and kept my head down lost in my thoughts but why was i so worried, this is thomas we are talking about. that geek has seen enough horror movies or action movies to survive an adventure. "lets see if marco has seen him" blake requested as we enter the school gates and pass school buildings " sure" shelly shrug and looked around for marco. 

"where the fuck is he!?" blake scowled in frustration " did he even come to school?" i said as i look through the crowd of teenagers walking to their class and friends. "ughh this is a waste of time, we should just wait until lunch" shelly put her hand on her hip looking annoyed "yeah true, school starts in 3 mintutes" i look at my watch " bye guys see you at lunch, shelly see you in biology" i wave them goodbye and walk to the 400 hundred building. i walk up the stairs to go to my 1st hour but saw marco "yo marco!" i waved my hand in the air but he seemed paranoid and walked the other way. wtf i thought what's wrong with him " Ms.wood please enter class" my teachers voice shook me out of my thought "sorry" i say shyly and hurriedly walk to my desk.

-hours later-

RINGGGGGG the bell rings meaning lunch time, i pack my books in my bag and turn in my work to my teach and follow the line of students to the outside. i look around to see if i can see marco again but no sign of him " damn" i whispered and walked outside the building to meet shelly and blake. i see shelly waving her hand around so i can mark her out in the sea of teens. i wave back and walk over " hey guys! how was class?" i plop down on the bench next to blake " ughh the worst" shelly groaned " i swear i think my English teacher hates me" she said " shelly you think everyone hates you" blake reclaimed " i- what do not!" she said as she slammed her hands on the table like debate class

 " do too- hey its marco!" blake yelled in surprised and jolted up to catch up with marco, " hold up" shelly followed behind him and i ran after both of them. Marco saw us and he turned pale "you turd where were you" shelly jab her index finger in his chest " i-i" he stutter and fumbled with his jacket sleeves " bro we looked everywhere for you this morning! where is thomas isn't he with you" i watched blake bomb him with question " guys chill let him explain first" i sightly pushed shelly and blake away from marco " thank you ivanna" he let out a sigh of relief " so where is thomas?" i look at him tilting my head to the side " i dont know, we were supposed to meet up but i couldn't find him" he explained and looked down in confusion. "Ivanna, shelly, blake and marco?" i heard and looked to the right and saw the principal and the counselor. "uh yes?" i replied " follow us please" we nodded and followed them to his office. we enter his office " please take a seat" he stated and sat on his big chair " did we do something wrong?" marco asked in fear " no no, i just have some unfortunate news" he said with a sorrow look on his face. " your friends with thomas right?" he said looking at some papers on his desk " yes" we all said in unison

 " im afraid your friend has passed yesterday, his body was found by his parents at 12 am and they believe it was murder" he looked up at us "w-what" i said in a shaky voice unable to speak, "n-no" marco let out a soft no," he- he was with me yesterday! he was- He was alive!" marco got up from his chair in denial. no no no no no no no no no, i hold my head in my hands as everything goes blurry and i block out any surrounding sounds. "he cant be!" shelly cried and was comforted by blake who had trying so hard not bust into tears. " i am very sorry for your loss" the principal said and open the door " i am very sorry but i must be somewhere else, excuse me" i couldn't get up, my legs where frozen and numb. " ivanna, we need to leave" blake grab my arm. "i-it was him" marco whispered and slide down on the wall.
