Chapter 4~ Don't call again!

Sam's P.O.V.***

I drove us to our house, and parked the car. Buffy ran to unlock the door while I locked the car. I ran up the stairs and into the newly unlocked door. 

I turned around and locked the door, ran into the kitchen, and saw Buffy grabbing a knife and a clove of garlic. I bellyflopped onto our wooden kitchen table and broke it. Buffy's eyes were wide with shock when she said," Sam! Why did you do that? We needed that!" I said," Buffy. The.Table.Is.Wooden.Dont you remember a stake through the heart thing from that movie?" She said,"Oh hahaha I knew that. Yeah now lets call the cops to see if they can do anything!" I nodded and picked up the phone. 9-1-1 I pressed. {I know that the emergency number is different in different areas, but I only know the one for the U.S. Sorry lovelies! :( }

"911, my names Nancy. What's your emergency?" The operator -Nancy- said. "We would like to report a murder, and we are being chased by the killers because we saw the murder!" I screamed into the phone. Buffy put it on speakerphone and took it into her own hands. 

"Miss calm down. Can please have your names?" 

"I'm Buffy and the girl who spoke a little while ago was my best friend Sam."

"Okay. Can you calmly tell me what happened?" 

"We went to a One Direction concert at the arena, and after the show, we saw One Direction in an alleyway killing the two girls that worked at the consession stand at the arena." 

Nancy stayed quiet for a while and said, "Children, this line is for emergencies only! Do you understand that? No fooling around! Call one more time playing a joke, and I will report you to the police. Do you understand?"

I took the phone away from Buffy and said,"Nancy! We're not joking! We swear-" just then the line went dead.I threw the phone to the ground in frustration, where it shattered, and rubbed my temples. Buffy came and comforted me. "Its okay Sam, we will find a way to figure this out. They can't get in without permission, right?" I sniffled, and wiped away the tears that were slowly falling, and nodded. 

I got up and walked into the living room to look out of the window. They were right across the street. "Crap! Buffy! They're across the street!" I whisper shouted. Buffy came sprinting into the living room. I turned off the lights. She grabbed my arm and pulled me to the couch. She had the garlic, knife, and stake in her other hand, and when she let me go, she motioned to the hidden air vent behind the couch. I nodded, and bent down and pulled off the vent cover. Buffy crawled in first, while I stood guard. She said,"Sam! Come on!" I nodded, pulled the couch back, and put the vent cover back on.

Buffy's P.O.V.***

"Crap! Buffy they're across the street!" I sprinted into the living room while Sam turned off the lights. I had our weapons in hand, and I pulled Sam over to the couch. I motioned to the airvent. We planned to go into the airvents in an emergency. She nodded and pushed the couch away, and pulled off the airvent. I crawled in while Sam stood guard. "Sam! Come on!" I said, watching her fix it like we were never here. "Smart! Nice one Sam!" She laughed. We heard a window smash and Sam said," Keep moving!" I did. We heard stuff being thrown across the room as we kept crawling, and Harry shouted," Where are they?!?!" We crawled through the vent and upwards towards upstairs. In my bedroom, I heard Louis say,"Where are they?" Niall said," I smell them!" They all looked up, and saw us. We gasp and crawl through the vents, only to come to a dead end. "Look!" Sam said while pointing to an air vent that led to the attic. We crawl out, and Sam said,"Great! They'll never find us in here!" We ran over to the closet, got in, and locked it. We heard footsteps up the stairs, and come into the attic. Niall said," I can smell the blonde one I grabbed earlier." Liam agreed, saying," I can smell the brunette one too." We didn't hear anything or footsteps for a few minutes. Sam looked at me and I shushed her. Just then, the closet door was flung wide open.
