He pours the rest into her mouth. She opens her eyes when her injuries are fully healed.

Head Guard: "M-My injuries... I thought it was fatal. Wh-Who are you?"

Harlequin: "Harlequin Tempest. This is my friend Rimuru Tempest."

She gasps then bows.
