2- The main character in this book is Japanese, and the story takes place in Japan mostly, so there will be some words that you might be unfamiliar with, so there will be an explanation to the foreign words at the end of each chapter.
3- major trigger warning, this book has alot of sensitive topics that some readers might find disturbing, so please be aware of this.
