Elva was sent to the kingdom where she was supposed to marry prince Arthur of Everest. She stayed in the room right across from Arthur ,and he would occasionally visit her. She never adored his company all she wanted was her beloved Erick back. But she didn't know where he was ,all she knew was that he was taken by the intruders that went in her castle while she was having a feast in the foyer.
Elva had odd occasions, like when she went by the lack about a mile from Everest she would feel people were staring at her through the woods. She would know so well from her gut that someone was looking and staring at her every move when she would go to the lake. Those woods were never to go into because of the Queen going missing in there. But, we all knew that the king of Everest was just messing around with one of the horse keepers Marry, so the Queen ended up going missing. Sometime I wish the people who are in the woods would come and take me...
One stormy night I couldn't sleep so I went out to the lake with my night gown on. I got soaked but I didn't care. All I wanted to do was go in the wood. I knew however I couldn't so I stayed by the lake and watched it, when I took my eyes off the woods for one second I saw a shadow in the lake that was behind me. I shook in fear and tried to stay still as I slowly looked behind my back. But, everytime I would look back it was gone. After that night I wondered what the black shadow was...
Arthur new I had something on my mind, because every day when he would come to visit me he would stand there and see my just frozen by the window with my eyes on the woods. I would never take my eyes off of the woods, I was to scared to miss something that I may see pop up if I moved. Then one day Arthur couldn't stop annoying me and asking what was wrong with me, so I stopped looking and turned around. When I turned by to look at the woods I say something run back into the black dear trees. I ordered the guards to go look for who was in the woods but they all said they were banned to go there. So I went myself. If they weren't tough enough to go in the woods in groups I would go alone even if it kills me.

As soon as she said that he grabbed her arm and she satires at him in complete shock. He was turning her arm red, as he pushed her against the wall still holding her arm he offered again to go with her. A tear fell from her eye, she was filled with fear and said "fine". He let her go and walked quietly out of the room. Elva sat on the floor and cried for her beloved mother and father who she missed so much. All she wanted to do was leave. She looked at her arm and found a hand print stayed marked in her skin.
