Roxy told herself there was something eerie about this place. Something not quite right. Although she'd never been to an abandonded, half burnt building before she was sure that this was not the right atmosphere but she chose to move on, stepping cautiously through the debris littering her path. She found an opening with a single, untouched chair which again was not right. Why was everything else atleast charred? Yet this single chair looked almost new. She just shrugged it off, telling herself that its just her mind playing tricks on her. Although, the chair did look satisfying to her sore legs. She thought about it and finally, stepped towards the chair and sat. It felt perfectly normal and it wasnt long before she fell asleep.

She woke, with beads of sweat rolling off her temples. Waking from a dream that she vowed never to tell a soul. Roxy reached for her rucksack and ran. Carefully of course. As she came out from the building she briefly looked back. A frayed banner waved in the wind. WELCOME HOME PALM VALLEY HIGH!.

She reached the corner of her street, her breath heavy im the cool nights air. The feeling still consumered her, making her panic. She turned her head left and right. Nobody. Nobody was there. Shrugging off her feelings just so she could get home, she walked down the street. But something else happened. The further she walked, the more mist surrounded her until the houses completely disappeared. Drawing a deep breath, Roxy finally stood still.

The feeling dropped suddenly, she was no longer being watched..
