The buses had turned evil by something that is poisonous, the evil Magoon position; that if you drink it you will be mind controlled and evil by the master named Magoon. Magoon is the most powerful evil mind control person ever, he is the person who turns everything evil. Anyone who drinks his position you are controlled by him.
