Today is an important day in my whole life. I'm getting married to my boyfriend. I have been waiting for this day for almost 5 long years. My love story started 6 years ago.
It was a bright morning, I woke up with my mom's voice shouting at me to get up fast, because it's my first day at my university. I was too excited to go to Chulalongkorn University, the famous University around the country. I had applied for an industrial engineering course. It was my grandfather's wish for me to study engineering, it's not that I'm not interested but I loved sports science. I heard that we can join clubs so that I can also play soccer. Yes I love playing soccer.
"Gulf, go bath and come down for breakfast" I heard my mom saying out loud for me to hear.
"Okay mom" I said back.
I went to the bathroom. Within 10 minutes I was all ready to go out.
"Mom, good morning, I'm ready to go out!!" I exclaimed.
"Ohh, don't be so proud my baby, it's me who wakes you up at the right time, if not I'm sure you must have slept till evening" she said.
I just rushed to eat breakfast after hearing her words.
"Okay mom, I'm leaving, I will visit you every weekend" I kissed her cheeks.
"Be safe, and try to make friends early, I don't want to see you alone and control your temper baby" she looked sad. It's hard to find friends, being an introvert.
"I will try my best mom" I hugged her and left for my university.
It took more than 3 hours to reach there, at the campus.
"Hello, where are the dorms for freshers' "I asked a person who looked like a senior.
There I met someone important for the beginning of my love story. I wonder why he looked very comfortable and confident at that time. It made me think that he was a senior.
"Hello I'm searching for it too, let's ask someone around" he said.
"Ohh okay" I said and we started walking.
"There is a board saying the way for freshers' dorms"the person said.
"I saw it, thankyou" I said.
"My name is Mild Suttinut and you?"
"I'm Gulf, Gulf Kanawut, nice to meet you"
We went to know our rooms. To my surprise, Mild and I were roommates.
"Thank You Mild for helping me and I hope we can be friends forever" I said.
"Of Course my roommate" he hugged me. I hugged him back.
"You are too short, Mild" I chuckled.
"You are the one who is tall here, I'm the correct height" he said.
"Okay let's go to our room" I said and we went to our room.
"Right or left bed" Mild asked.
"Left" I answered immediately.
"Okay then we have to go to register for our club activities" Mild told me.
"I remember it, I will get fresh and let's go to register" he nodded.
"What club are you going to join?" Mild asked after I got out of the bathroom.
