It was now March the 8th and I had been talking to Scott every night after school on Snapchat, and sometimes I didn't have to message first! I watched ALL of his broadcasts on YouNow and he always said something back when I typed something, it really made me feel wanted and loved. One night after he had finished his broadcast I posted a selfie on Instagram and he commented 'absolutely beautiful b😏💖', I was looking down at my phone and smiling like an idiot and I remember my mum saying "I haven't seen you this happy in a long time Maya, whoever you're talking to- keep on talking to them!"
I was so ecstatic and extremely happy, I decided to snap Scott. I had never talked to him on anything other than Snapchat or YouNow, so I plucked up the courage to ask him for his number. He gave me it and I texted him saying 'Hey Scott, is this your number??💕' and he texted back saying 'Yassss it is! Give me a ring maybe??' So I pressed the call button on my phone and it started ringing. I remember the butterflies in my tummy, he had never actually heard my voice before. I wondered to myself 'What happens if he thinks I'm really weird!' Scott had picked up!
