Chapter 1

Your Pov
I'm so glad school is over in 2 months! I can't wait to finally be done with all of this stress. I'm pretty good at every subject. I have straight A's in all of my classes! But the only grade I have to bring up is chemistry. I have a C+- ITS TERRIBLE I KNOW.

I walk into class on chem Monday morning with my two best friends Marie and Tanya. I sit next to Marie and Tanya sits behind us. "Ok class today we will be switching seats" Ms.Tallmer said. WHAT I thought. WHY ARE WE SWITCHING SEATS ALL OF A SUDDEN? WHOS GONNA HELP ME GET MY GRADE UP NOW? "Kuroo, since you are the highest of the class, I want you to sit next to Y/n. Help her out as much as you can". Oh great. Now the most popular and smartest kid in the whole school is sitting next to me. He's gonna think so low of me. Oh no.

He walks over smirking at me and takes his drag next to me. "Hey Y/n. We have spoken a couple times but i'm Kuroo!" he said with a big smile across his face. "Hey Kuroo! You already know my name but i'm Y/n L/n. I hope you could help me out a bit because I completely suck at chem." He looked at me and came closer to my face. "Does that mean I get to be your tutor chibi-chan?" His nickname for me made me blush and he noticed too that I was flustered. "I guess you could say that" I said with an uneasy tone.

After class I have a free period and so does kuroo. He offers to sit with me and discuss plans for after school. "So after school is good for me to study for the chem exam. Is that good for you chibi~chan." He keeps giving me that nickname which should be unsettling but I don't mind. "Yes after school works for me! We can go to my house and eat some snacks too. Your going out of your way to help me so it's the least I can do" I say while fidgeting with my hands on my lap. Kuroo seems to notice and puts his hand on my hands which makes me stop. He grabs my hands and holds them tightly. "Don't be nervous chibi~chan. I'm not gonna call you stupid for not understanding chem. I'm not the greatest at math. I have a C+ in math. But i'm great at chem! We all have strengths and weaknesses but that shouldn't prove our overall intelligence. I'm glad to help your out!" Something about what he said was so beautiful and made me feel so loved. I nodded and went to my next class.

After school he's right outside my last class and is ready! I start to direct him to my house and we walk together because I live 10 minutes away by walking. Kuroo is staring at me and observing my features the whole time while we talk. We talk about volleyball to friends to just having genuine talks. We arrive at my house and soon after things start to begin!
