2 days later.

I woke up and there was another message. I couldn't bring myself to read it so I just ignored it. I felt so paranoid. I got up and walked into the living room. Olivia was up making breakfast with Noah in her arms. I took him from her and started to play.  "You doing anything today?" Liv asked from the kitchen.

"No. I'm just gonna stay in" I said.

"Why don't you and Sally go see a movie or something?" she suggested.  Sally was the only friend I'd managed to make since I got here she came over once but we never do anything. It did sound like a fun idea to get out though.

"Nah.. I think I'll just stay in" I said and she handed me my plate.

"She could sleepover" Liv suggested and now I was confused.

"Why?"

"Cause you seem off. And I dunno it's important for you to talk to people your age" she said and I didn't reply I just tried to distract myself by continuing to play with Noah. I didn't really eat my breakfast I didn't have the stomach for it.

"OK what's going on with you?" she asked.

"Nothing" I said looking down.

"The last few days you've been acting differently and I'm worried about you" she said sitting beside me on the couch. I was about to protest when my phone went off. I checked it and it was ANOTHER  text. "Arianna look at me when I'm talking to you" Olivia said taking my phone from my grasp. She looked horrified. She knows.

"Liv I-I was gonna tell you b-but I was scared and I panicked" I said hurriedly.

"Who sent this" she said. I tried to read her expression but it was blank. "I don't know... He-he was the one who r-raped my mom and m-my sister" I said in tears. She put Noah down in his walker before looking at me.

"How did he get your number?" she asked.

"I don't know. But he must know more than I thought because not even my closests friends have my new number" I said in tears.

"It's OK, I won't let anything happen to you. I promise" she said which made me feel safer.

"Thanks Liv" I said hugging her tightly.

"Just promise me if something like this happens again you'll tell me" she said as we pulled away.

"I promise" I whispered before hugging her again as tears streamed down my face. She made me feel safe but I just hope I don't put her in danger.
