Drew POV:

"DREW!!!"

I turned my head to the sound of the voice calling my name.

"Zander, I think you need a walker." I told the Ombre-haired teen looking at him in his maroon coat and white earmuffs, trying to keep his  balance on the ice rink.

Zander rolled his eyes at the comment and started to 'skate'.

I mentally chuckled and skated over to Zander creating more shavings of ice over the rink.

"Damn, this is hard." Zander mumbled.

"Zander, you need to skate at an angle, not straight forward." I explained to him, showing him the position of my feet in a V-shape.

"Okay..." He mumbled, slowly starting to skid across the ice while trying to keep his balance.

I skated over next to him and grabbed his cold hand.

He stopped skating and turned to me.

"Since I'm nice, I'll help you." I responded to his confused look.

"I don't need your help." He snapped, turning red and letting go of my hand.

I rolled my eyes as he skated off slowly and skidded along behind him.

"Woah-"

I skated over and grabbed Zander from behind his back causing us to look at each other in the eyes, our foreheads touching.

"Caught you, dork."

Zander turned red once again and caught his balance again.

"Let's go to the café." He told me skating on over to the exit.

I nodded and we walked inside.

...

We sat in the small café inside the ice rink property.

"This has been fun so far." Zander quietly said.

"Huh?" I questioned, asking him to repeat his statement.

"This has been fun so far." He repeated louder, blushing.

I chuckled, "It sure has. Let's go to the park after this, we can return the skates soon."

...

I sat on the small wooden bench with Zander fingers intertwined with his.

"Zander?"

"Huh?"

I wrapped my arm around Zander and scooted closer.

He looked uncertain about what to do for a moment but then pecked my cheek.

I blushed as he pulled back, soon doing the same.

Eventually, my gaze moved from the ground to Zander's chapped lips.

Zander noticed and looked at me in the eyes.

"May I?"

He nodded and I leaned forward cupping his cheeks and kissed him for a moment.

I puled away and blushed even more.

"I love you, Drew."

I turned my head in shock as I saw Zander blushing his hands in his coat pockets.

"I love you to!"
