When we arrived at the palace, everyone welcomed us as if I was some kind of goddess. There were many things there that took my breathe and were unknown to me, but most of them I knew about because my mother used to buy me different unique things saying that I was a princess and royalties should stay beautiful and elegant. Many maids and butlers were standing at the entrance bowing down to us. It looked really magical as everything was sparkling like it was a dream, a fantasy.

                      Everything was fine until I saw something far more frightening than anything. Just as I saw her, I froze and started crying. I felt the pain of betrayal far more painful than a stab at the back from a dagger. There in the crowd stood my heart, my mother. She was even more beautiful now and her smile was the purest of all. Her innocence, oh mother.... Then, she rolled her eyes to look here and there when suddenly, they stopped moving staring at me. I could see that she had already recognized me as soon as tears started rolling down her cheeks.
