Chapter 4

It was now September where I will start a new grade, and I was all for it and I couldn't wait to see my friends and crush aaahhh lol school is one of my happy places. It was the first day, so it was just mostly us introducing ourselves to the teachers we didn't have in 7th grade as we're not in 8th. I became close friends with Michelle a girl in my class and we joined the same clubs together such as 4H, choir, drama and red cross which we met up with the other club members after school on each assigned day for meetings.

It was a rainy day and we were still at school sheltering from the rain and this boy came up to me and I was mouthing off about bringing umbrella to school I guess he liked my vibe because he couldn't leave me alone after that I didn't mine though he's cute his name is haniff btw things were kind of a blur then on mixed with some drama over oshane but what else is new my crush for him was rooted deep but he didn't need to know that.

Even though I had a crush on him at home in my community I had my own boy troubles I was dating this guy's that was about 2 years older than me he's 15 we haven't done anything just kiss and he didn't pressure me either which made him even better his name is Ian our relationship was kinda short live as he was moving away to go live with his dad and I couldn't do the long distance thing so we broke it off in the summer and now I was dating his friend ik ik hoe behavior but I didn't care his friends name is Teneil he's  a dj and he's also 15 so he's my current bf but with him I don't know where things are going and he wants sex and I'm not sure I want him to take my virginity we kiss and stuff and I allowed him to put the tip once but I quickly recovered and it didn't go further.

Back at school I have a crush I am a crush for Haniff with that he's always getting me gifts for valentine my birthday and just because I like him but I have a bf and he's also a great friend and I didn't wanna lose that so I played it cool so things don't escalate. It was now summer which met 9th grade in September and I joined cheerleading in my community as there's normally a sports day in August that the different communities come together and host there's running cheer and other activities I went last summer and it was fun so I joined this year my friend Jamilia that lives in the community is the choreographer and she was an excellent dancer. We practiced almost ever evening we could as we wanted to be the best, while all this is happening I keep hearing rumors that Teneil is cheating on me rumors I didn't ignore because 1 he's a dj and hardly has time for me and 2 the girl is older ie more experienced and he wanted sex which I haven't given so I figured he would get it somewhere so I decided to confront him about it he didn't really deny it nor did he accept it either but I told him to choose me or whatever he was doing and dj'ing I know I was being selfish about the dj part and I was really saying give it up I just wanted some more attention but to my shock she chose the latter I cried obviously and told him I never want to talk or see him again he should go be with the girl be wanted to he didn't argue nor did he chase me his other friend Barrington aka Banga consoled me along with Jamilia.

Me and Banga were now friends we didn't really talk before until my breakup so it was a get to know thing plus he was apart of the cheerleading so we had to interact anyway the time for sports day came quickly and we did our routine like practiced we came second but it was biased as they gave first to the hosting community the rest of summer went quickly and me and Banga's friendship was blossoming.
