"What keeps you awake?"

You turn around at the sound of his voice

You were at the balcony of the house on the second floor, it was almost midnight as you stare at the moon in silence when you heard his voice.

So you turn around to gave him your attention, everything seems to be going busy nowadays you guys could barely have a moment of your own but you don't actually mind. His presence is worth enough.

"Nothing much"

It was half truth half lie

You were thinking about what happened earlier, you knew you don't have the rights to feel disappointed but you couldn't help it. How do you put this? Perhaps you want him to feel jealous? maybe thats it.

But wasn't that long ever since he came back perhaps that is why you don't want to be a push over and would always game him time to adjust. Still, maybe you just want some of his time after all.

"You know you could just tell me everything"

"Can I?"

You murmur and goes back to looking at the moon

"I mean I want to, but I don't want to become a bother"

You mumble once again with a shrug that end up with a shiver as a cold breeze pass

"It's cold out side, why don't we head inside?"

"I want to stay here for awhile"

You replied

"I see, then take this"

You felt something warm over your shoulder once again making you look back

But he was already there standing right beside you as your shoulder brush against each other in silence.

"It has been awhile since we went sight seeing"

He suddenly said

He was being talkative it is surprising you at the same time you couldn't help but to feel delighted still afraid of disturbing him you could only nod and avoid looking at him at the moment trying to focus on the peaceful scene.

"Did I do something wrong?"

His question caught you off guard

Why is he asking that all of a sudden? Still that made you think, but so far he did nothing wrong. Really.

"Hmm? You did... nothing wrong. Why do you ask all of a sudden?"

"Because you wont look at me"

That was a quick reply

And that made you giggle, his answer was quite accurate but if sounds silly but that was the truth.

So you decided to tease him,

"I never knew you paid that much attention to me"

Of course you knew he cares about your well being as much as you do to him, but between the two of you, you were the one who could easily express your feeling.

"Why not? You're my lover"

Then his red iris meet your (eye color) ones making you realize something you missed earlier.

He was perhaps, a little, just a little bit jealous back then.

So you let out a chuckle and lean your head on his shoulder at the same time quietly intertwine his finger with yours.

"If you disappear like that again I won't forgive you"

I whisper to him and gave him a gentle squeeze

And you felt him nod as both of you just stare at such scenery, just like what you always did back then at the mansion.

"And if you really have a plan to do that again, at least take me with you"

You pout and look at him, only to see him looking at you with a smile on his face

"Why are you smiling like that?"

You utter and look away from him with a blush

He was so pretty mesmerizing.

You then felt a hand on your chin and made you look at him face to face.

Then he lean close, lips meeting for a second that sends shiver down your spine and makes your heart skipped a beat as the feeling linger on your lips.

"Let's head inside, its getting late"

With your hand still holding his, you followed him dazed. Free hand on your lips as your cheeks flush on what just happened.
