today is the pool party!
i've honestly been awaiting this day, i get to hang out with my friends and jungkook.
i get to leave all of this bullshit with juno and everything.
"y/n!!" kai yelled from his room.
"what?" i murmured, it was still early for him to be yelling.
"i have prom soon, i don't even have a date, but there is this really cute girl at school an-"
i cut him off,
"pause for a second, A GIRL? kai, you? have a crush?" i laughed.
"ugh y/n don't mention it! i just think she's really pretty and she has an older brother so maybe you could..."
he questioned.
"hold on- what?" i thought i misheard him.
"she has an older brother, whose apparently handsome to many girls. maybe you'd wanna date him?" he asked.
"me? what does he look like?"
honestly i was getting kind of curious about this girl he has a crush on, and her brother is supposedly handsome so i'm very curious.
kai pulled up his instagram on his phone,

that man is smoking.
literally burning hot.

back to reality y/n.
"h-he's not bad! what's your crushes name?"
"her name is jayla, she's really sweet. y/n i swear i will murder you if the word gets out that i have a crush."
he threatened.
"kai! you know me, i've always helped you no matter how many times you threatened to quote on quote, attack me." i teased.
"okay y/n i'm gonna ask her on monday, prom is on friday anyways, i hope she says yes. and i'll make sure she gives you her brothers contact."
"kai, this is the first time we bonded in a while." i said shocked.
"ugh don't even talk about it." he covered himself with his blanket and stuck his hand out and signaled me to "get out,"

i might call jungkook and ask him what he's gonna wear to the party.
i looked inside my bathing suits bin and i found a nice two piece to wear for the nice weather.
hopefully i'll get lots of vitamin D for today!
next thing i know i get a phone call from jungkook.
IN THE PHONE CALL:
jungkook: hello?
y/n: koo what's up?
jungkook: nothing really, are you ready for the party today?
y/n: honestly i'm really excited for it, so the answers yes.
jungkook: today joon's bringing his girl crush bianca, make sure to hang with her, make her feel welcome.
y/n: of course! she seems fun to be around anyways.
jungkook: thank's y/n i knew i could always count on you. anyways do you want me to come pick you up?
y/n: hmm actually yes, how far is joon's house?
jungkook: probably like.. 10 minutes away from my house?
y/n: koo, your house is like 10 minutes away from mine.
jungkook: so basically 20 minutes away.
y/n: ahaha okay that's all i needed to know. i gotta go i'm gonna get ready now!
jungkook: make sure to bring
spare clothes.
y/n: alright alright, bye.
jungkook: bye now.

i might bring a few card games for this party, hopefully bianca will be the life of the party considering we'll be 2 out of the 3 girls that will be there.
jin's girlfriend mai is coming too !
i got my cover up and spare clothes and put them in a tote bag.
kai yelled for me again, what now?
"lucky for you, i just got you a date!" kai smiled.
"no way. you're lying." i said shockingly.
"no! we're gonna hang out after school on monday and you get to see her older brother! his name is daniel!" kai exclaimed.
"oh my gosh! okay okay, so i'll go with you on monday?"
"yeah, this isn't really a date it's more like a supervision thing but it doesn't matter, you'll be with quote on quote hot guy-" kai laughed.
"alright thanks kai! i'll tell koo right away."
"huh? what do you mean?" kai asked.
"he's my guy best friend? i tell him everything hello?"
"i know but, are you blind?"
"what?" i laughed.
"that man clearly likes you? are you really serious right now?" kai was being serious, and i could tell.
"jungkook? no he doesn't. i am not even his type." i laughed out fo disbelief.
"i'm telling you y/n, that boy has serious feelings for you, how can you not tell?" kai stated.
"i don't get what you mean by that, how is it obvious he likes me?"
"look, i have a best friend. my best friend doesn't look at me the way jungkook looks at you, he looks at you with his eyes wide open, he wants to see every part of you, his eyes literally shimmer when he sees you. how can you be so blind?" he explained.
"oh." i let out.
"whatever, i wanna head back to sleep can you get out?" kai whined.
"oh- okay." i left speechless.
does jungkook really feel that way about me? what if kai is right? does he have a crush on me? god. i can't.
