Before we start!I'd just like to say that the end of this chapter is a bit suggestive(not smut).

You woke up the next morning,Venti still sleeping.Why is he so far away from me?What am I saying?Your thoughts were racing as you reluctantly laid back down,trying to go back to sleep.Venti woke up shortly afterwards,poking your back."I know your awaaaake!!!"He chimed,hugging you from behind.There it was.The embrace you lacked."Goodmorning,Barbatos..."You mumbled.He practically dragged you out of bed."I'll make breakfast,I'm expecting a tune?"You joke."Ill play one if you'd like!Ehe~"His laugh always make you smile.You nodded.He played you a song,a very beautiful one.You recognized it,it was the same one he played last night.As he finished,you too finished cooking him some pancakes.Barbatos tasted the pancakes,then chowing down on the rest."That was really good!"He stated,smiling."Thanks!I picked it up from a recipe that Morax showed me.You smiled,wondering what Morax was up to.Barbatos frowned."Are you saying you like Morax more than me?"He pouted."Of course not!"You frantically stated."Good to know!Ehe~"You ran into the bathroom to change into a traditional Mondstadt dress.You didn't know if it was a good time,but you needed to know the answer to a question that had been bugging you."Hey uhm-Barbatos?"You asked,shyly."Do you remember any of the things you said or did last night-?"You tried not to make eye contact with him."Of course I do!"He hummed."Want me to do it again?"Your face heated up."I mean!!Only if you want to I guess!I was just confused on what we are if that makes sense!"Barbatos knew you were a flustered mess at this point."We can be whatever you want to be!"He said happily."If you were to become my girlfriend,"He said,in a more serious tone."It wouldn't be an act anymore!"You were so embarrassed but happy he clarified."Ahem...but seriously...will you be my girlfriend?Ehe~"Barbatos winked at you.You noddded,unable to speak due to your current condition.Barbatos smiled wide and ran up to hug you.You laughed,hugging him back."So?How long has that question been on your mind?"Barbatos asked,eyes twinkling."Since last night."You stated."What about you?Was this the thing you wanted to tell me?"You asked,curiously.He nodded."Ever since I saw you float down from the sky that day-the glow that surrounded you,your kind words,your talents..."He said caressing your cheek.You were clearly flustered and couldn't even speak up."Aaaaanyways!Lets go get some wine!"He enthusiastically stated,dismissing what had just happened.You smiled,walking beside him.

"Venti!"You hummed,as he suddenly stopped by a small flower shop,with fresh flowers,including your favorite,(favorite flower).He looked at the small girl selling the flowers."Can I get some (favorite flower)s?"He asked,completely dismissing you trying to tell him no.The girl nodded,handing Barbat-Venti the flowers.He handed them straight to you."For you!Ehe~"You laughed softly,making the small girl in front of you stare in awe.She noticed how your h/c hair flowed in the wind,and how venti held your hands and placed a flower in your hair."Are you two dating?"She asks,randomly.Venti nods,placing a small kiss on your cheek."Thank you for the flowers,Venti."You say softly.You turn to the girl."You do an excellent job taking care of the flowers."She smiled,saying a small thank you.You made Venti forget about the wine,and instead led him outside of the gates to a small apple tree."Look!"You pointed up at an apple.Venti gasped,quickly using wind to blow the apple into his hands.He ate it while you stayed at the shore,as your hair flowed in the wind he created.Venti giggled having a rather bizarre plan.All of a sudden,a huge gust of wind came,blowing you over on your knees.Your face turned red with embarrassment when you realized your dress was blowing upwards.You quickly held it down,knowing what had just happened was the work of Barbatos."Ehe!You should've seen your face!"He laughed,not realized you were super embarrassed.You turned around,covering your face."Your crazy!"You said,in a sort of whisper-yell.He placed his hand on your shoulder,chilling your spine,and Venti realized it."I know you totally liked it!"You turned around shocked."T-that's quite an accusation!"You said,as another gust of wind blew you over.Venti held out his hand."But it's a correct accusation?"You shook your head."You've got it all wrong!Im just super embarrassed!"You squealed as a gust of wind came again,blowing you into Venti's arms."Not anymore!"He grinned.He laid down on the grass,and your head was on his stomach.You then drifted off to sleep.
