Harvard and Harry

Chapter 4

Today was the last day of school so tomorrow me, Zoe, and chase are leaving for the lake. We should be gone all summer but who knows what’s going to happen I’m hoping to be getting into Harvard a week early so I can set up everything in my dorm. Also I’m hoping Harry will come up and visit to, I haven’t asked him but we don’t do much talking we mostly text and I feel like that’s something I should ask in person.

“Beth have you seen my pink swimsuit?” I yell down the hall

“yes dear it’s in the laundry room drying off, oh and there’s a young man at the door for you.”

“Ok thank you.” I say getting up from the pile of cloths on the floor, I needed a break anyways. I run into the foray.

“Harry.” I say when I see him sitting on the little coach.

“hey I was thinking I wanted to take you out tonight?” he said scratching the back of his head

“Sure. Where were you thinking about going?” I ask

“well my dad is having another party tonight and I wanted to know if you wanted to go uhm with me?” he says still messing with his hair. I’ve never seen hair so nerves before, I’ve always pictures him so flirty and what not. Maybe that’s to girls he knows he would only spend one night with but with me he knows that he has to try.

“I would love that.” I smile at him “so do you want to come up to my room and hangout all im doing is packing some stuff up I could use a break.”

“yea sure.” He says following me up the stairs to my room.

“why are you packing?” Harry askes when we walk in

“oh uhm me Zoe and Chase are taking a trip up to the lake all summer. Oh I was going to ask you if you wanted to come to?” I say sitting down on my bed.

“I would love to.” He smiles

“Well we leave tomorrow but if you’re not ready you can come up when ever.”

“no I can be ready tomorrow.” He says to me

I was secretly hoping he would be ready I don’t want to spend 3 hours in the car with Zoe and Chase. Now me and Harry can be in separate car just the two of us.

“cool we can take my car if you want.” I smile

“yea so the party starts in an hour I can get out while you change.” He blushes

“no its fine I have a walk in closet I change in right there just hold on one minute ill need you to zip me up.” I head to my closet I pick out a black long dress. It’s a plane dress up it hugs to my hips and shows off my curves. I pull the dress up and walk out for harry to zip me up.

“Harry zip please.” I ask him

“yea.” I can feel his hands shake as he tries to zip the zipper. “you look so beautiful in this dress.” He smiles at me.

“thank you” I say stepping away from him to go put on some make up. I put on a dark smoky eye and red lip stick. I pinned up my hair into a top knot and was finally finished.

“Ready to go?” he asks me linking his arm with mine.

“yes. I blush “ but I have to tell Beth before she leaves.”

I walk into the kitchen were Beth is doing the dishes from our breakfast.

“Beth im going to go with Harry to one of his fathers parties”

“ok dear have fun I’ll see you tomorrow morning before you leave” she come over to hug me good bye

“ok bye” I hug her back
