Shoto turned off his television and continued packing. His phone started to ring, it was Izuku.
"Hey Shoto!" Izuku greeted, a baby's cry heard in the background.
"Hello, Izuku. How's the baby and Ochako?" Shoto asked, sandwiching his phone with his head and right shoulder so it wouldn't fall off as he grabbed the last of his necessities and zipped up his bag.
"They're uh, fine? Well, without the crying. Who would've thought being a parent would be this exhausting?" Izuku let out a tired sigh.
"When's your flight? I heard Tenya's going to accompany you on your departure." the greenet asked.
"Tomorrow. Yeah, he is. He complained when I told him he didn't need to. I've just finished packing my stuff. I hope it doesn't get delayed though, I hate that shit." Shoto furrowed his eyebrows, he despised it when things didn't go as he planned. Heck, it irks him just thinking about it.
"I don't think a guy with a private jet's flight is going to get delayed." Izuku chuckled lightly. "Stay safe during your trip, Shoto. You better bring back some souvenirs!"
"Mhm. You guys take care also. I'll bring lots when I get back."
"Maybe you'll actually meet someone!" Izuku said enthusiastically over the phone, aware that his friend is a bit of a loner.
"Shut up, Izuku."
