Jang Hyeong Shin (: 장 형신; born December 29, 1987, also known by her stage name Shin-Ye, is a South Korean singer-songwriter, record producer, record executive, and reality television show judge. She debuted in 2007 with her debut album, Sweet Money. In 2016, she became the founder and CEO of Okami Entertainment, one of the most profitable entertainment agencies in South Korea & Japan.
