CHAPTER 10

~Arthit~

"Yes." I said without hesitation and the thing just stood there for awhile.

"Well you did come up till here and the place is enchanted to let only the person worthy of the stone to get here. Here." The voice echoed into the forest.

"How am I worthy?" I ask as the stone is places in front of me.

"Kind heart? I don't know and I don't care. But I think it is kind heart. Now I can finally go to sleep." It said as I slowly took the stone into my hands.

It was really warm and it was glowing. It was also very big and it was green.

"I have something for you." I said as I took one of my rings and gave it to the thing.

"Thanks." It said and turned around.

"Wait. Will you help the people of this land... please. I know they want to do bad things but please. If they decide to change, will you help them." I said and the thing turned around and sighed.

"We will have to make a deal." It said and I nodded hesitantly.

"Making a deal with the devil you are. Remember that. Do you still wish to make the deal?" It asked and I took a small step back.

The devil was alive all the time. The people of this land were trying awaken someone who was already awake. But he was gonna go to sleep, that's what he said.

And to help them I will have to make a deal. Was it really smart to make a deal with the devil?

I knew it was not but I couldn't let them die, cause if they do. Then so will my universe. And I didn't want that to happen. I was afraid of losing everything even when there was hope of having everything.

"What is the deal?" I asked and it laughed a little.

"I will tell you when you accept to do it." It said and I looked down.

"Just so you know it will not be one simple thing." It said and I stood there in silence trying to decide to what to do.

"How about you stay here for one night. Think of it. Because I do not wish for you to make the wrong decision." It said after awhile of just standing there.

"Thanks." I whispered while tighting my hold on the stone.

"Come on. Let's get you settled in my resting place." It said and then pulled me with itself.

I sat down near a lake after fifteen minutes. I looked down at the stone and take a deep breath and my it beside me. My eyes close and I lean on a tree and fall asleep.

"Have you made your decision?" It asked as we sat in front of the portal.

I could step through it and never look back. Or accept a deal and I will simply have to deal with something that could ruin me more then anything.

"I would like to accept whatever deal that you make." I say and it places its and on me.

"Call me Lucifer. And I am male." He said and then looked past the trees and then back at me.

"Immortality. You will be ancients with your family. But soon you will be forgotten and will live in a castle far away from people. The first elders. Your family will be all immortals. You, your husband and your children, all will be immortals and will live away from civilization after a few years. This universes you will not suffer a fate like you though." He said and I felt my heart sink.

"A son will come. He will not look like you and your husband. He will be taken away from you in a few years but he will come back. You will fight for your son. He will come way later on. When the world has became a new place and you all are hidden away. It will all be new, you will know why it all will be new. He will be the one you need to live a free life. You will stay hidden but when he comes along you will live openly." He said and tears seemed to start flowing down my face.

I feel like I have made a wrong decision.

"Without you the world would have been gone forever. It all will continue because life will always exist because of you. If you had not made this decision then there would have been no future after two centuries. You exist and the world will continue existing because you will never die and it will have to wait until everyone dies." He said and I gripped onto the stone even harder.

"How will I tell Forth?" I ask and he gave me a smile.

"He is listening. He knows. Don't worry about that. Remember to enjoy life." He said and I nod.

"Thanks for allowing me to exist." I say and he gave me a hug.

"This two universes will become separated now. They will not be connected in two centuries. It will be two different worlds. One day it will be easier to travel to both worlds." Lucifer said and backed away from me.

"I will die when the war happens." He says.

"If my child gets a lover, then what happens?" I ask and he hums softly.

"When one of your children finds their soulmate then they will live forever and their children will do that same. And the other thing is that your whole family will only get same sex partners. Hope you and your family enjoy yourselves." He said and I smile.

He nods and I look into the portal. My grip on the stone tight. I still have to take the stone with me because I have to wake Forth up with it. I step through the portal and then fall onto hard ground.

I look around myself to see that I was in the dungeons. I don't really know why the dungeons.

'Its time for us to go now.'

I hear the voices say and I gasp.

"Why?" I question and they just sigh.

'We were here to help. And we are done now. Just so you know, the other universe is safe. They got what they needed.'

The voices say.

'Goodbye.'

"Goodbye.'

I hope you all liked the chapter.

The next chapter will be the epilogue and that's it. Then the next book will come and it will also be a fanfiction but it will not be focusing on anyone from this universe, it will be a crossover of Marvel and Harry Potter universe.

Forth and Arthit will come there too though. The story will probably be short. Just like this story.
