Maria The Soul

Chapter 1

It was all dark until I heard a voice calling.

"Maria" over and over again, and I opened my eyes looking right at the eyes of my creator, my father.

"Who is Maria?" I asked. And he answered "you are"

But i still didn't understand, now that i know that is my name. I have no idea why I exist, I processed and searched for answers inside my mind but found nothing.

I was confused, and he noticed.

"I know you are confused, I don't have much time to explain but you have to live and explore. You have free will, it is a gift from me" he said.

Then the ground started shaking and he continued to speak "I will send you through the gateway, but before that i should upload informations about yourself such as what you are and what you can do, i wish i had more time but this reality is collapsing" he returned to work on some images floating in the air which i identified as holograms.

After some time I received plenty of information, but before I processed everything. A vibe came from inside my chest? I looked and saw intense light coming from it, then my hands and every part of me started turning into small things that sparkled. It was that light and it started sucking the particles I turned into. I looked at my supposed father and saw him smile but didn't reach his eye, because I saw sadness. It was the last thing I saw along with a small tear that left his eye as I disappeared in place.

Earth, a beautiful blue sphere orbiting a yellow star. All alone, but not quite. This earth is a home to humanity.

It was the 20th century, when technology was still young. Year 1933 to be exact, in a virgin forest untouched by mankind.

A white sphere appeared and from it few sparkling particles which involved the sphere and came together until eventually formed a humanoid being, its skin was silver reflecting the rays of the sun, its eyes black that seem to see everything clearly, bald no hair.

This is Maria, she traveled to an entirely different universe or reality than her birthplace, not that she knew anything about the place but she now processed the information that her father gave her.

It was solely about herself, she is the first of her kind and the only.

Her father calls her 'Soul' as she is made from an element that is similar to metal to a decree but not fully, this element no longer exists as the reality it originated from is gone, reasons of why it is gone is unknown.

She has many abilities, ones that her father mentioned are very little but the rest he mentioned for her to explore as he himself does not know what she is capable of.

Like the ability to cross realities but it takes an abundant amount of energy which can only be harvested from a white star by tools that are built to do such tasks. The next ability is mimicry which is what it means, she can mimic any lifeform from appearance to organs, blood cells and so on. And all she has to do is scan said creature and it will be done in seconds.

Third ability which will help her in life is cyberkinesis, it is many things. Can create, read, edit and advance any pieces of technology she would like, it is only limited by one's knowledge and imagination, she can also interact with machines and anything electronic.

It can do many things at once.

Maria looked around taking in the new scenery, she moved through the forest quietly as she looked amazed by its beauty. Never seen the world.
