4 Years Later

Ques- Is world really cruel?

Ans- Maybe...maybe not.

I think the way you see the world actually depends on you. If you went through a tough phase, the world becomes cruel and unfair.

If your life is simple and running smooth then its the most beautiful place one can live in. If you ask me where do I stand, I would say that its pretty smiple, I don't care.

The fact that people think that am arrogant, rude and cold just because I focus on my job instead of mingling with them and doing useless stuff dosen't bother me.

I mean, am a secret agent you can't except me to go out and party all night because I caught a simple drug distributer, we have bigger things too.

The security of the country depends on us and coming from a simple, middle-class family I know what a huge honour and opportuninty it is.

And this is also the reason I believe that the world has chances and opportunities for everyone, all you have to do is have faith.

Keeping my thoughts aside let's focus on the task I had in hand right now. I am in the ventelator passage in the cieling right now, observing a deal.

The man standing between all the bodyguards is a real big name in underworld, if I got my hands on him he can give us some really important information.

"Get these drugs supplied in the ration shops, pharmacies and every place you can" The bald one, their boss said.

"Bastards" I said putting the chip I recorded everything behind the pannel of my watch. I cracked neck and knuckles preparing myself for some action.

"Get him!!!" The boss exclaimed as I jumped down, making quite a entrance. I stopped a punch meant for my face and kicked the guy in the stomach and then in the face.

Next one recieved a elbow to the stomach and then a upper cut. Just like this I took down the guards and walked towards the boss, he trembled as I kept my pistol on his head.

"You are underarrest"

I was walking through the corridors of our headquaters after I came back and handed that idiot over. Chief has called me because he wants to talk to me.

"Jai Hind Sir" He turned around hearing me and gave me a friendly smile. He is the only one who doesn't judge me for my behaviour.

"Jai Hind Viransh" He replied as I stood their hands behind my back, waiting for him to continue.

"You did a perfect job like always so I have decided to give you a small break since you don't like big ones. The boss said that the next stock of drug is already in the town but its not as huge as the one you caught this morning so you can have a well deserved mini vacation" He said. I don't like vacations in between.

I turned around hearing the door open and my eyes immediately softened, Madhav is here.

"Jai Hind Sir" He said coming and standing beside me. I have no idea what the other two are talking about because all I was doing was starring at him.

This guy has a different effect on me that even I don't understand. Those brown eyes seems to draw me in, they hold certain innocense which I want to protect with all of my power. But why? Well thats a question even I want answer.

"Best of luck for your mission agent" Cheif's voice broke my trance, he is sending Madhav on the job.

"Jai Hind Sir"

"Jai Hind" Madhav left the room after this, probably getting ready for departure. I bit the inside of my cheeks as something tugged at my heart wanting me to follow him.

A frustrated sigh left my lips as walked out as well, after trying figure out things for atleast half an hour I decided to give up and follow him.
