I really want to push myself to my limit again today, so I'll try to do something!
Monday I am going out, I'm going to the mall and then to diner with a friend.
For breakfast we went to McDonalds, I got a bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit meal, which was really good!
I had some chips, a whole bag of beef jerky, a bunch of water, some Gatorade and a slim Jim. I also had a whole packet of chocolate Pocky sticks!! We went out on the boat, I was really full after that.
I later had a peach, and two mini tomatoes, and then for lunch I had a bowl of mac and cheese, again, with some smoked Gouda! I defintley slowed down towards the end of it, it filled me up.
For dinner I had a half bag of steak fries, dipping them into a mix of ketchup and mayo. They fill be up, and they taste so damn good!
I had a bag of popcorn and some more water, unfortunately that was it! Hopefully I'll have some more tomorrow, and maybe post more belly pics!!
