Together At Last

The Day Before

The brunette sat infront of his camera. He had been live streaming for a little over an hour. Just playing minecraft and such.

"So as you all know I said I had a big announcement.."
he started with a thick British accent.

He glanced at the chat with a smile. It was clear he was nervous but continued.

"Are you guys ready for the announcement?" He asked sort of rhetorically. He watched again as thousands of people filled the chat with "YES".

His smile grew. "Okay.. So.." He chuckled a little.
"Drumroll pleeeease" He said as he quickly tapped his fingers on his desk making a drumroll noise.

"DREAM IS COMING TO THE UK TOMORROW!!" he shouted with excitement.

The chat was going WILD.

"OMG WHAT?"

"NO WAY"

"AAAAAAAA"

"OMGGGG"

"FINALLY!!"

George was reading as many responses as possible.

"That also means... DREAMS FACE REVEAL THIS WEEK?" He shouted once more.

The chat was filled with thousands of excited people. Within MINUTES "#DnfMeetup" was trending all over. His phone was exploding with notifications.

None of his friends knew about this besides Sapnap so most were shocked just as much as his fans when they heard the news.

He lightly clapped his hands once.

"Well I hope you guys are just as excited as I am,However Im going to end the stream here. BUT we'll see you guys tomorrow!"

He stared at the chat for a moment before looking back at the camera.

"Okay byeeeeeeeee" George said as he waved his hand. Shortly after the stream ended.

George immediately grabbed his phone to see a bunch of missed calls and texts from all of his friends. He ignored the individual texts and just decided to facetime the group chat.

Quackity, Karl, Badboyhalo, Tommy, And Tubbo picked up.

Badboyhalo was first to join the call.
"OH MY MUFFINS IS IT TRUE GEORGE?"

George chuckled and nodded.

Seconds after Quackity picked up. He was wearing his classic beany.

"WHAT THE FUUUUUUUUUCK" he screamed, and in return he got a aggravated "language" from Bad. He ignored Bad and continued yelling.

"DREAM IS COMING TO YOUR HOUSE TOMORROW AND YOU DIDNT FUCKING TELL US??"

George started laughing as the other three joined. They were all asking the same thing as Quackity and Bad.

He told them it was true and everyone was super excited.

"Yeah we have been planning it for like a month now and I can't believe its finally happening!" He said with excitement.

They chatted for a little while before everyone went their separate ways and left the call.

George also left the call and decided to ring Dream.

He clicked on the contact listed as "yellow 💛" and pressed the call button. It rang no more than three times until he picked up.

"Hey george!" he said with a smile as he brushed some of his blonde hair out of his face. He only ever turned his camera on when it was just him and George. That made George feel special.

He didn't know it, but to Dream he was special.

"Hello Dream!" George replied as he propped his phone up against his computer so it would stay standing up.

"I am SO excited for tomorrow" Dream said as he also sat down at his desk.

George nodded with a smile. "So when will you land at the airport so I can be there to pick you up?" he asked.

"Uhhh" Dream thought."Well I catch my flight at 1am and its roughly a ten hour flight so we should land around 11am"

He thought again for a moment.
"but there's a time zone difference so technically I will be there at 4pm"

George chuckled, "Okay sounds good"

They were talking for a bit again when george remembered something.

"Oh my god I nearly forgot, I have something to show you just give me a second" George got out of his chair and walked into another room.

moments later he came back with something in his hand. Dream looked at him with curiosity.

George sat back down with a smile. "LOOK AT THISSS" he squealed as he put on a white mask with a small smiley face on the side just like the one on the mask Dream wore.

Dream laughed a bit and smiled "Thats so cool".

George still had a smile on his face when he took the mask off. "Yeah, Im wearing it to pick you up at the airport tomorrow!"

Dream let out another soft chuckle. "Anyway I am going to finish packing and head to bed now" he said softly.

"Okay I will see you tomorrow then!" George replied.

"Alright then bye Georgie" Dream laughed.

George waved.

The call ended and George too decided to get some rest. It was nearly 3am after all. He got out of his chair and plugged his phone in on the nightstand by his bed.

He quickly changed into a white t-shirt and some baggy sweatpants before climbing into bed.

He had a hard time falling asleep that night.

It was probably from the excitement.
Or maybe the nerves.

Wait what nerves, George wasn't nervous to meet Dream... Was he?

What was there to be nervous about. Nervous that he will disappoint Dream with his appearance?

Somebody did say he looked better on camera than in person...

No that's crazy, besides why would he even care if Dream was disappointed by his appearance..

George tossed and turned for a while with thoughts like these filling his head.

After nearly another hour George finally fell asleep.. Or passed out from exhaustion.

AAAH, so I hope you guys/girls/nonbinarys like this story so far even though there's not a whole bunch going on yet.

I have no experience with writing at all but I tried my best on this chapter and I will continue to do so.

Anyway I dont have much to say but I will try to write the next chapter tonight.
