calling mom
seeing your nephew smile
a newborn
sex
hugging dad
coffee chats with a friend
a glass of wine
a cup of warm tea
a conversation with grandma
the sunset
eating
sleeping in your significant other arms
forgiving, caring and giving
allowing yourself to be happy
