Pizza and Summer camps

Derek's points of view.

All three of us were finally done with school. When I say all three of us I mean me, Damian, and Dorian. Also did I forget to mention that we were triplets. My name is Derek and my brothers and me were extremely close because all three of us were constantly bullied by the same people. But I shouldn't mention that because we are currently sitting on the floor in the room we share celebrating. We have three more months before we have to go back to that priso- I mean school. I leaned against the bunk bed as I watched my brothers trade cards. When we were all young we invented a game we could all play with each other to cheer us up. The game was we all made and printed a bunch of our own cards with supernatural creatures on them. We all made dares for each other and whoever completed their dare first got a new card from the other two. This helped us boost our confidence which we really needed seeing as being bullied your whole life tends to make you shy and reserved. But with the dares we were all perfectly functioning people with lots of confidence. "But I wanted that one," Dorian whined from his place against the regular four poster bed. "Well if you complete another dare you can get this one," Damian countered. "Fine," Dorian crossed his arms and pretended to pout. I rolled my eyes at Dorian's dramatic behavior. Dorian was, to put it bluntly, a full on child diva. But he was still the most kind, caring, and loyal person you could find. Damian tried to hide his smile at Dorian's dramatics but failed miserably. Damian was the cool and collected one but got very angry very fast if you insulted his family. Damian was very loyal and very smart, he always thinks things through. "Alright Dorian my turn to get a card from you," I say and Dorian sighs, knowing exactly which card I wanted, "Fine take my hybrid," he says, " I don't even care anymore." Turning away and sniffling like the over dramatic people in soap operas. After his little show he gave me the card and I smiled in victory. I have been trying to get this card from the very beginning of this game. And I guess it is time to introduce myself, Hello, my name is Derek. Some people consider my the be "cool" because I tend not to show emotion around people other than family. Even though I can be seen as "cool" I was still bullied along with my brothers. Me and Damian always tried to protect Dorian from the worst of it but it didn't help much. Anyways they bully me and my brothers because they are jealous. So to sum it up I am a naturally colder person except towards family, I am loyal and protective, and I care more than anyone knows. When we finished the last of our trading game our mom called from downstairs shouting, "Boys pizza is here!" With that we are all rushing down the stairs, pushing each other out of the way to get there first. We take pizza very seriously in this house. Except when we opened the box not only were we hit with the heavenly aroma of pizza, but we were also hit with the sight of skittles saying "You guys are going to summer camp!" We all snapped our heads up one after the other before saying in sync, "We are going to a summer camp!" "Surprise!" Mom and dad shouted enthusiastically. "Nope," Damian said just as me and Dorian both said, "Nah uh, no way." Our parents looked slightly sad by our refusal before dad said, "You boys have to go to summer camp this year to make some new friends. You guys won't have each other your whole life and you need some lifelong friends. This is your last year of high school and you guys are going off to collage or wherever the wind takes you." Dad takes a deep breath as he finishes his rant. All three of us exchange glances, silently communicating before I say what we all agreed, "Alright we will go." "Yay!" Our mom shouts and we all rolled our eyes at her excitement before she said, "Alright go pack, you guys are leaving tomorrow at 7:30 a.m." " Wait what!" We all shouted .

Hey guys so this is the first official chapter. Sorry I didn't update sooner it's jus that my brother didn't want to work on this book so I just figured I would leave it. But then I saw two people had picked up this book because they were curious and I figured I couldn't let down the people who were actually interested in this book. So I will try to stretch the chapters out and work On this book. But I am also working on another book called Forest Lady or something and you guys can go check that one out too.
