It's been a year. A year of feeling lost. A year of feeling something is missing. Never to be found. That feeling never left Empire's mind once. He yearns to find what is missing but has not a single clue where to look. Not once has he come close. It has driven him insane but refuses to tell anyone in fear it will scare them away.
*Empire is in Hangout VC alone streaming his runs, hoping someone will join to aid his loneliness. Soon Nym joins VC*
"HEYYYYYY EMPEEPEE !! How have runs been?"
"Hey Nym. Pretty good, still haven't gotten a pb"
"Yo don't worry, soon you will ! Also I keep forgetting to ask but is everything alright ? Lately you've been a little off and out of it. You know I'm here for you man."
"Huh ? No nothing's wrong. Why do you say that ?"
"I don't want to be mean or anything but I can see it. Unless I can be overthinking this. When you stream of course you're yourself but you just look and sound out of it. Ever since you started using face cam I can see something is bothering you. AGAIN I can be overthinking this."
"Thank you Nym for the concern. I guess there has been something bothering me."
"Is it that missing thing you mentioned last year?"
"Yeah. How did you know ?"
"I don't know. I kinda feel the same way. I'm not sure what it is but I feel like something is missing in my life but I don't know what."
"EXACTLY !! I have everything but my mind is telling me otherwise."
*Simone and Teague join VC*
"HI MOMMA SIMONE AND TOOGE !!"
"Oh hey Simone and Teague."
"Howdy howdy Teague, Nym, and Emp."
"Hey hey !! How's it hecking shmecking licking cracking the ankles going ?"
"Not much. I'm just doing some runs while Nym and I were just talking."
"Oh what were you talking about ?"
"We were talking about-"
*Empire cuts Nym off before they can finish their sentence*
"Nym was talking about how they want to start speedrunning and I was just giving some tips."
"Oh cool"
*A discord notification goes off and Empire sees that Nym dmed him saying: "you didn't tell Simone ???" He responds to Nym saying: "No I haven't. I don't want to worry her. I'll tell her soon."*
He wasn't planning on telling Simone. Why ? Keeping secrets from his minecraft girlfriend ? Does he know something and isn't telling anyone ?
