Chapter 4 - Late

Kwon Jiyong is having a dinner with his family at their house. His wife, Sandara, his son, Hyun Joong and his other son Jongdae are sitting at the table, eating silently.

It's the normal scenario in the Kwon's family.

"Son, I want you to enter the company." Jiyong suddenly said.

Hyun Joong looked up from his plate and stared at his father.

"Dad, I told you that I'm not interested with the company.."

"You have no choice. You'll be taking over the company in the future." Jiyong said.

Both Hyun Joong and Jongdae were so shocked.

"Dad..I thought grandpa wanted to give the company to Yeollie.." Jongdae said.

"Chanyeol?"

Jiyong scoffed.

"There's no way I can let him be the chairman. He's just..not normal.."

Hyun Joong put down his glass with a thud. Everyone looked at him, surprised.

"Just because he's in love with a guy? That's so discriminating." he said.

Jiyong stared at his son, shocked by his words.

"Hyun!" Mr. Kwon shouted.

Hyun Joong cleared his throat. He never meant to be rude to his parents.

"Just..let me take care of the ski resort. That'll be enough." he added.

"That ski resort only worth 10% of the Park's family property. Are you content with that?!" Jiyong

asked.

Hyun Joong kept silent.

"We have to make you look good in front of father in law, and he will change his mind." Mr.Kwon said.

"You must get married as soon as possible." Jiyong said, casually.

Hyun Joong looked up almost immediately.

"Get married?!"

Jiyong nodded.

"With a girl that we had chosen for you."

Hyun Joong gulped. Jongdae just too shocked to say anything.

"Jongdae, I want you to work at the company too." Jiyong suddenly said.

Jongdae stared at his father ; he can't believe what he just heard.

"But dad!!"

"All you do all day was goof around and play games, you should make yourself useful." his dad added.

"No. I refuse. You can make hyung do anything you want, but not me." Jongdae said. Hyun Joong sighed;

his brother is always so rebellious.

"You must obey me this time, Jongdae." Jiyong said in a threatening tone.

"Make me." Jongdae said, challenging his father.

He the stood up and leave the dining hall.

"Jongdae!!" his dad called but he's already out of the house.

Minseok is walking in the streets of Seoul. He knew that he already had his dinner but his

stomach tells him that he hasn't.
