I searched the house surround As I woke up and no one was around From the kitchen, I heard a voice They are at work from very early

What? Schools started? I questioned being puzzled But with no time I got ready as she said My school bus arrived like before Slowly I understood that covid was no more
I cheered and hugged everyone I met Without the masks as they get How could have this happened in one night? I was puzzled yet
No online classes but a regular school like before No more laziness and no more bore I enjoyed the day to my fullest And slept peacefully thinking about it And then took a twist
As I opened my eyes in the morning It was everything unusual than yesterday It was like winter took place of spring Everyone was at home and no school today
All wore a mask and kept their distance I watched through the window on the roads As my face got sunray's gleam I realised it was all a dream
I smiled as those memories flashed in my mind It gave a glimpse of reliving past that shined All at once I went speechless As it gave me a moment of happiness
