Chapter 1 : First Day

"Everyone has seen it ron stop bragging about it" George said as I agreed with him, Ron was holding the news paper about dad winning 7 thousand galleons from work also our trip to Egypt.

"I'm not!" As ron tripped and fell on the ground, Hermione and Harry helped him up as the news paper were picked up by Malfoy.

"I see you kept bragging still about your trip to Egypt weasel" Malfoy teased, as he was about to throw the news paper to Ron's face. A hand grabbed Malfoy's wrist, it was a girl wearing a black suit. Her hair was long pitched black, her face was effortlessly with make up, her brown dark eyes were giving me the looks of very intimidating. She took the news paper as she glanced at it, she smirked a little as she looked at Ron.

"Everyone in this world knows about your trip" She gave Ron the news paper as she grabbed Malfoy by the arm and started walking away.

"Who was that ?" Ron asked

"Maybe be it's Malfoy's new girlfriend?" Harry asked as Granger shakes her head.

"She is too smart to be Malfoy's Girlfriend" She got a point I mean the only stupid girl who dated Malfoy was Pansy Parkinson, I heard their relationship was toxic.

"Maybe she's new ?" George asked

"She's beautiful" Ron quoted.

"Yeah and very intimidating if you ask me" I added, as well started walking again and headed to the great hall for dinner.

As we all settled down, I saw my ex (Angelina Johnson) was sitting with her friends, we haven't talked since the end of term which was the day we broke up because she told me she liked someone else. It was alright, it really didn't bother me that much. George kept reminding me no one is better than us both, which is why I love my twin brother, can be such a toothache and also and ass.

"Students" Slowly we all went to silent as Professor McGonagall was speaking, Professor Dumbledore wasn't around at the moment as she has taken over. She was holding a scroll as she opens it while the paper slides down and she picked up the sorting hat.

"Students, I welcome you all for another new school year here at Hogwarts. As of now we have great announcement and news for you all, since Professor Lockhart is no longer teaching here at Hogwarts we would like to welcome the new Professor for Defence Against Dark Arts, Professor Remus Lupin" McGonagall paused as Professor Lupin, stood up and waved his hand and sits down after, while Professor McGonagall continued talking I heard some people talking about Professor Lupin saying he was scratched by a wolf on his face which was wickedly cool for me and George.

"And now lastly, we have a new student joining us. She is from the school of Beauxbatons Academy Of Magic in Paris, France- Students please welcome Miss Circe Alaistar" Professor McGonagall made us all looked at the doors and there she was the very intimidating girl, who somehow rescued ron from getting hit on the face by a news paper from Malfoy. She walked with confidence and fierce, How is she a beauxbaton ? Aren't they suppose to be graceful, elegant, shy and of course confident.

"We will now sort Miss Alaistar to her house" McGonagall Placed the sorting hat to her head, the sorting hat took a longer period of time to sort her out, houses that were mentioned were Ravenclaw, Slytherin and Gryffindor. Me, George and Ron started a bet on which house she will be in, George Picked Slytherin, I picked Ravenclaw and as for Ron he picked Gryffindor.

"Which house to sort such mind and soul you have ? Ravenclaw since your intelligence are far too good, perhaps slytherin as your purity defines it ? Or better off as a Gryffindor? You display such boldness and confidence that makes you intimidating" Ron smirked at me and George was we waited and waited.

"Better be .. SLYTHERIN!" The slytherin table applauded their hands as The Circe Alaistar was sorted as Slytherin, We looked at Alaistar who took a seat beside Malfoy who still clapping and smiling at her but she wasn't displaying any emotion at all. She was just neutral.

"Alrighty I win" George pulled up his both hands as Ron placed his half of his allowance and so was I.

"Bloody hell how did you know George ?" Ron asked

"Well you see she is hanging out with Malfoy so there is no doubt she can't be a Slytherin" George said confidently.

"Perhaps you are wrong" Granger said as she told Neville to speak up.

"S-she's the Daughter of Celestine and Azrael Alaistar" Me and the others were still clueless of what Neville just said.

"I was reading the book of History Of Magic Throughout The years and I was at part about the most famous wizarding families and Top One is The Alaistars. They are known for dark magic, each Alaistars have dark past which is curse to them. Her grandfather Duncan Alaistar The Fourth Murdered a Muggle infront of his children including Circe's Father Azrael" Neville paused and was interrupted by Ron who was asking a question.

"What dark past exactly?"

"Murder, Use of Dark Magic, Cult, death and other more" Neville said

"How about her father ? What's his past ?" Harry asked

"Well her father, was somehow unofficial known as a Death eater" Granger gasp as we all looked at Alaistar who was minding her business and Talking to Daphne Greengrass.

"Why is it unofficial?" I asked Neville.

"It was never confirmed if her father was a death eater but as of now he works at the French ministry of magic as The Head of Department of Magical Law Enforcement" Neville said as he went back to eating his dinner.

"She must be rich then" Harry said

"And famous in France- wait did you learned anything about the Alaistar's in France Hermione ?" Ron asked granger as she shakes her head for a no.

"I was only there for a short period of time, I wasn't really invested" Granger said as we all started eating our dinner, I once more looked at Alaistar who was looking at me. We made eye contact as she rolled her eyes away from me.

"What a meanie" I whispered
