A nasty smell filled into Rosalie's nose making her push something out of her face before waking up seeing her friends crowded around her. "I had the worst dream ever," Rosalie sighs out sitting up on the very uncomfortable bed.
It was then she realized it was not a dream. She starts to feel lightheaded once more. She was handed an opened water bottle. Rosalie gladly takes the bottle before chugging it, acting like she hasn't been drinking for three weeks.
"He didn't actually get picked did he?" Rosalie asked begging that it was actually a dream, more like a nightmare if anything. Anna looks down at the ground rubbing the back of her neck. Anna moves to the side revealing Cedric with messy hair. What happened to him, Rosalie wondered as he never really lets anyone touch his hair. Not even Rosalie.
Cedric walked next to the bed making everyone clear out knowing that something, or someone, is about to go down. "Why'd you enter?" Rosalie murmurs playing with the ends of her hair that were starting to split. Cedric sits on the side on a little wooden chair bringing it up closer to the bed. "I didn't have a choice." Cedric finally says breaking the silent tension in the Hospital Wing.
"You didn't have a choice? Thats sweet, so someone was holding a wand up to your neck forcing you to put your name in the goblet?" Rosalie asks scoffing out at his words. "No, you just wouldn't get it, Ro." He says cupping his hands together looking down at the wooden floors. "Then make me understand!" Rosalie shouts to her best friend.
"Someone had to represent Hufflepuffs. People think we're weak and can't do anything." He resents rubbing his neck. "Why not just have someone else enter." Rosalie reprimanded immediately to him putting the now empty bottle to the side. "What like who would enter?" He asks confused.
"What would you do if I entered?" Rosalie inquires solemnly to him dropping her hair onto her shoulder. "What? You entering, you wouldn't last beyond the first task." He says immediately regretting what he said moments after.
"Oh." Rosalie was holding back tears now. Rosalie knew that she would be able to last as she wasn't the best in class but you don't expect your best friend to tell you, you wouldn't last.
"I didn't mean it like that." Rosalie was getting up from her hospital bed. Cedric grabs her wrist turning her back to him before embracing her in a hug. "I'm just glad you're okay." He says basically suffocating her. The nice cologne of Cedric filled Rosalie's nose. It was much better compared to the smell she had earlier. Rosalie wraps her arms around him showing that Rosalie had kinda forgave him. "Yeah, is the Quidditch game against Gryffindor today?" Rosalie asks breaking away from the hug. "Why? You gonna cheer for me or your boyfriend?" He asks laughing as his arm was around her shoulder as they walk out of the Infirmary.
"One, who? Two, no I don't have a boyfriend." Rosalie states laughing his accusations. Then it clicked in Rosalie's head. "Oh! You think Fred is my boyfriend!" She laughs out loud stopping in her tracks.
