"It's 1:55 am, and I still can't go to sleep." I thought to myself. I stared at my ceiling, until I saw a bright blue light from the corner of my eye. My eyes went wide, "Someone is here.." I layed there on my bed, still and quiet. Someone was at the window , trying to get it open. I closed my eyes when the window open. I could hear the breathing of the person. You could easily tell that they were nervous. I snapped my eyes wide open and push my arm, with all my force, to their chest, making them to fall on the floor. A loud "BANG" was made. They quickly got up and I couldn't believe who it was...
Skylar
All this time she was here.. Alive.. And I didn't even know. Part of me was happy that she was here, but another part of me was furious. She didn't come to me. Why that?! Does she not like me anymore?! Are we not friends?! I was completely zone out that I forgot that I was sitting on her chest. She look like she was going to pass out any second. I quickly got up and grab her by the collar of cape.
"Who are you and what are you doing here?!" I said, pushing her to the wall behind her. I can feel the anger in my eyes. You can easily tell that she was trying to make up a lie.
~Skylar P.O.V ~
The Queen was awake?! Was I stupid not to figure out that she was pretending!? She held me against the wall, while I was searching for an answer. But nothing came out. I stood still, trying to figure out what to do.
"Y-you trespassed my property and ruin everything! And get off!" I said kicking her right at her stomach, making her fall.
"You should be thankful that I saved many people at war from death. I even saved that leader of the elite team. I heard his name was Tyler. If I wasn't there he would have his own grave under a tree by now!"
~Misty's P.O.V~
I snapped at her trails of words. She changed... A lot.
"NEVER TALK ABOUT HIM LIKE THAT! YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT I HAVE BEEN THOUGH! THE SCREAMS AND THE BLOOD! PEOPLE LOSING THEIR LIVES AND LOVED ONE BECAUSE OF ME! ALL THE PAIN EVERYONE HAS FELT IN THIS VILLAGE AND KINGDOM WAS FROM ME! ALL OF THE LAND IS DESTORY ALL BECAUSE OF ME! If only my parents didn't die.. Then maybe everyone can be in peace and joy..." I can feel the tears coming out from my eyes and rolling down my cheeks. My grip loosen a bit from the sadness. It's true.. I made a peaceful place into a major insanity. Like a nightmare come true.
Why did I do in life? What did I do to this place? To the people and workers that help out, what did I do to this village that was once called happiness? I made everything turn dark and scary.
Why does a monster rule this land?
