part seven

A week or two had passed and Isaac was watching me all the time. i found it a little weird but whatever i guess. I could have sworn that i looked at him one day and his eyes went yellow but i think i'm seeing things. This whole werewolf thing is making me feel crazy.

It was finally the weekend. and once again there was a party. i didn't want to go because i felt sick so i stayed home. It was probably the full moon. there would be two this month. one in the beginning and one right before april. I was gonna turn tonight and didn't know what to do.

i didn't wanna hurt anybody but i couldn't really control it. Night had rolled around and Reese and Zoe had gone to the party. they probably forgot about the full moon and me turning or they would have stayed back. Maybe.

The moon was just up and my mood was wild. I ran outside into the woods so i wouldn't hurt the adults in the household. Once in the woods i felt as if i wasn't alone. As if there was another person there. Or werewolf.

I heard leaves crunch in the distance so i know i wasn't alone. I ran from the noise so i wouldn't be caught. The faster i ran the more distant the sounds were. Right up until.... i stepped in a trap. A bear trap to be more specific. It hurt and as much as i tried not to scream, i still was in pain.

Once i screamed i heard a familiar voice.

"Its are over there." She called out as a group of people started running towards me. No matter how much i tried to separate the trap from my leg, the more it started to hurt. Once they got over to me i saw their faces.

It wasn't just anybody. They were hunters. Not any hunters, but Allison, her dad, and Zoe. They didn't see who i was yet because they were too far but i noticed who they were immediately. I saw Zoe take the gun she was holding and aimed it over to me. And before i could scream so she would know it was me, she shot the gun.

I couldn't move. I was stuck. The bullet had shot me in the arm and everything hurt. The more i moved the worse i would feel. As they got closer their faces went from normal to confused.

"Clara???" Zoe said while running over to me. "No no no. Shit" She said while panicking.

"WELL MAYBE IF YOU COULD HELP ME INSTEAD OF JUST STANDING THERE... THAT WOUKD BE GREAT." i don't know what came over me but i was upset. It was probably the full moon and my emotions were everywhere. She quickly ran over to the trap and undid it so that i could walk out.

Once out my leg was healing but not fast enough. "WHY AM I NOT HEALING?" i questioned while still livid.

"well... you were shot in the arm with a special bullet." i looked at her confused gesturing for her to continue. "It has blue monkshood in it, which is also known as wolfs bane. so you have 48 hours to live. Unless we get the cure then you should be good."

"WELL WHERE IS THE CU-" i was cut off by seeing someone run through the woods 50 feet away. They looked at me and i saw their eyes. Yellow. I didn't know anybody with yellow eyes other then me and Isaac. I snapped back into reality and continued my sentence. "where is the cure."

"well we ran out of bullets so- we don't have it on us right now. we gotta get you to allison's house to get it." Once we left i was in so much pain. I used to heal almost instantly but i cant. it wasn't working no matter how hard i tried. i was dying by the second.

We got to the house and took the bullet out and put the cure into where i was shot. it hurt more then words can describe but i tried now to scream in pain.

"is it done?" i questioned as i started to heal a little quicker.

"yep."

"good. i'm going home. and maybe next time... try NOT to shoot me. oh ya and there was someone else in the woods. probably another werewolf. Just saying." I got up and left and right as i laid down i fell asleep.
