CHAPTER 3

Angela's POV

It's been 2 weeks since Ken arrive at our site and he's so kind to me . I'm here at mine's and Joshua's place ,And it's our Day off

" Hey babe , wanna go outside let's spend some time with each other" Joshua said

" Sure let's g- " I paused when my phone ring

" Wait babe I just need to answer this call " I said

"Ok " he said I look at my phone and I see an unknown number and I answer it

" Hello who is this ? " I said

" It's Mike " the man on the phone said

" Mike ? ,Are you Michael Efron ?" I ask

" Yeah I am " he said

" Owww , um, how can I help you ? " I said

" I just wanna invite you to come to my office I wanna talk to you for something " he said

" Ok, " I said

" Bye " he said

" Bye ,thank you " I said then I hang up the phone

I go upstairs ,and step on mine and my boyfriend's room and see my boyfriend sitting on the bed

" Babe ,Can we - " I got cut off by him

" Can we just postpone our date for today and continue it next time " he said

" How did you know? " I said

" How do I know ,babe you always said that because of your work why can't you spend a time with me is that's too much to ask? " He said

" Babe you know how much I love spending time with you " I said

" THEN WHY CANT YOU SPEND A TIME WITH ME HUH ! YOU ALWAYS THINK ABOUT YOUR WORK , YES YOUR NOT CHEATING ON ME BUT I FEEL LIKE IM ALWAYS SECOND FOR YOU "  he said crying and shouting

" Babe you don't need to shout ,we can talk about it in a calm way , and you know how important my job is " I said

" Then how about me am I not important to you ? " He said

" Ofcourse your important to me " I said

" Then why you can't spend a time with me ? " He said but I didn't answer I'm just starting at the floor and letting the warm tears fall from my eyes

" WHY ANSWER ME ! " he shouted

" Babe y- " I got cut by him .

" Angela I think we need space " he said

" Are you saying that we're over ? " I ask while the tears from my eyes continue to fall

" I think so" he said and grab his key for the car he was walking towards the door when I hug him to let him stay

" Please don't do this " i said begging him

" Angela let go of me " he said but I didn't

" I SAID LET GO ! " he said then push me ,Im now on the floor then he continue to walk away

I cry when I see his car going away ,I just sat on the floor crying when I realized that I need to go to the building

I change to a pormal clothes then put some make up and I fix my hair then I walk towards the car and drive to the building

When I arrive at the building I directly go to Boss mike's office
I knock on the door when I heard a man's voice saying " Come in "

I open the door and see my boss sitting on the his chair that was located in front of his desk I walk towards his direction

" Take your sit " he said while pointing at the empty chair that is near at his location

" Thank you " I said while sitting on the chair

" Now ,how can I help you sir " I ask him

" I just  want to ask you if you could attend to the celebration party next week " he said

" Umm yeah why not ' I replied

" Is that all what you wanna  say ? "I ask

" Well I also want to invite you for a date " he said

" A what ? " I ask shocked

" I mean a hang out as a friend " he said

" Owww ok " I said

" So are you gonna join me ?" He said

" Ummm , sure " I said

" Great ,let's go " he said

We leave the building and go to a restaurant and eat we both have a little conversation

" Your eyes are so red and puffy did you cry ? "

" No I didn't ,Well I  drove on the building with a window open  then suddenly a strong wind with some sands hit my face and the sand went inside my eye and I guess that's the reason why " I lied

" Owww , just close the window next time " he said jokely and I giggled

  I have a great time with him and hes quite good looking actually  and a nice person to be with , even though I cried earlier and broke up with joshua he made me smile for a small amount of time
