-If you ask him if you could watch him train, he doesn't mind at all actually. He loves to show off his strength and speed. He will even train extra hard to show you that he is capable of protecting you.
-It doesn't matter if you two go to a public gym or one at his home, he always wants to match with you. Even if you are not working out, he wants you two, to match.
-Though he takes his work-outs seriously, that doesn't mean he would ignore you for the entire work-out period. While he is warming up or lifting weights he would ask you questions about your day or things that you want to do after he was done with his exercises.
