The kingdom of Ravanir, except for the first leader, and her royal protectors nothing is known of the kingdom. The Raven Witch Bele, the youngest of the sorcerers of darkness and the first queen of Ravanir. The Dark-eyed Archer Aragorn, the silent assassin of Queen Belea and the final line of defense for Ravanir. The Harbinger of Death Milas, the short-tempered one-man army of Ravanir and Aragorn's second in command.
The ground rumbled as thousands upon thousands of troops appeared on the horizon. The only opposition they had was two men and a woman. The woman sat on the wall guarding the kingdom of Ravanir as one man, who has the head of a raven and wields a scythe stood in the hundred-kilometer clearing that separated the kingdom from the wilderness where the army stood. And the final man was standing right by me, his arrow notched as he waited for my command. "You can shoot." I told him as I stood up and readied my staff. "My sense of sight shall be taken, for by then I have seen what I need. The senses of my enemies shall be taken, for they have lost the privilege to use them." I chanted as he shot the leader of the invading army. "My queen, why did you use such a taxing spell on this pathetic excuse of an army?" He asked me as I rested in his arms. "Milas is my child too Aragon. I want to make life easier for my children. That's why I used void veil." I muttered softly as I was surrounded by darkness. "I'm sorry Aragorn. It must be stressful having to carry me back to my cottage." I apologized as I felt him pick me up bridal style. "Nonsense my queen. I vowed to stay by your side, no matter what happens. You do not need to apologize." He said before I drifted off to sleep.
I awoke on my cot with Milas sitting in the chair by my cot and Aragon leaning against the wall with his arms crossed. "Are you two hungry?" I asked as I sat up. "No, my queen," Milas said as he mimicked Aragorn's calm demeanor. "Milas. Let's give the queen some privacy." Aragorn muttered as he dragged a laughing Milas out of my cottage. "Silly children." I chuckled as I got out of my cot and walked towards my wardrobe and retrieved a white dress with a rose gold lacing, a matching hat, and a scarf. "Milas. How was the battle against the eight kingdoms of Lux?" I asked as we walked down the stone pathway leading into the city of Ravanir. "It was..irritating my queen. So many lives were wasted without a valid reason." He said as he dusted off his wings. "Are you sure Milas?" Aragorn asked as he tapped his bow against Milas's underarm causing the warrior to flinch. "Is everything alright Milas?" I asked him as I began to analyze his body. "Yes, my queen. Aragorn just shocked me with his bow." He said as he glared at Aragorn. "Alright then." I muttered before hitting the back of Aragorn's head. "No shocking Milas. You two are best friends." "Yes my Queen." Aragorn said as he rubbed his head before regaining his composure. Once Milas and Aragorn were calm we continued our journey to Ravanir's center.
Two hours passed when we arrived to the announcement stage. "My children. May you lend me a small fraction of your time, for my royal guards have prevented an attack from the empire of Lux." I begun as a crowd began to form in front of stage. "Now I will not allow any one of you, but I do want you to at least hear my warning as a war may begin. A war that may end most of our alliances with the other nations. That is all I needed to tell you. You may continue with your day my children." I finished my announcement and quietly walked past Aragorn and Milas, who were both slightly trembling. "Are you two alright?" I asked as I gave them a gentle smile. "Yes my queen. How are you feeling?" Aragorn replied as Milas nodded. "I am wonderful, thank you for asking. Now, may you two please excuse me. I have to meet with some friends." I excused myself before shape shifting into a raven with gold laced around its body and flew off.
