-Angeles POV-

I heard him sigh quietly as I tried on the next jacket, a black faux leather one.

''Do you like it?'' I twirled around. He nodded. I'm pretty sure he rolled his eyes behind his aviators. What? I didn't take that long. Everyone knows when you go clothes shopping you have to take hours trying stuff you're probably not gonna buy on.

''I think I'm done.'' Scratching my head as I looked down at the pile of clothes in the two shopping baskets.

''You think?''

''You're so grumpy.'' I laughed. ''I'm gonna go and pay, then I'm done I swear.''

He was in a rush to go to MAC to buy his signature lipstick that he always wears, and he'd been waiting just under four hours for me.

''I'll pay.'' He stood and dusted his pants.

''You don't need to do that.'' I declined politely. But he caressed my hip with one hand and leaned towards me.

''You're right.'' He kissed my lips. ''I don't have to, but I want to.''

I frowned and shook my head. I didn't like the thought of him paying for everything, I liked being independent and using my own money, but he insisted and insisted.

''You didn't need to do that.'' I grumbled as we left the store. ''You just spent hundreds of dollars on me, and-''

''I think the polite thing to do would be just to say thank you.'' He smirked, pouting his lips like he does.

''Thank you, but-'' He stopped walking and turned to face me, placing a finger on my lips. ''No buts. Are you always this stubborn?''

I nodded. He removed his finger and bit his lip. ''I'm going to have my work cut out with you, that's for sure.'' He murmured.

We began walking again, him carrying my shopping bags. I tried to take them from him, but he insisted on being the gentleman.

''Marilyn.''

''Yes?''

I pulled at his arm gently causing him to stop and look at me questionably. ''Thank you.'' I bit my lip. ''You're so kind to me.''

''There it is.'' He laughed. ''Not a problem angel face.''

''What are you looking so pleased about?''

I walked into the MAC store where he was looking at lipsticks, two duplicates of the one he wanted already in his hand.

''Oh nothing.'' I shrugged, pulling the pink bag from behind me. ''Guess you're gonna have to wait till tonight.''

''You bought new underwear?''

''How'd you know?''

''I assumed.''

''Well, it's very very sexy.'' I raised my eyebrows. He laughed and looked at me curiously. He always looks at me like that.

''Oh I'm excited now.'' He then turned back to the lipstick counter. ''What do you think about a deep purple... Is it my colour?'' He held it up to his face.

''Uh huh.'' I nodded. ''That would look lovely.''

He payed for the lipsticks and we randomly walked into a walk in salon that was located in the middle of the mall.

''Why we here?''

''Haircut.'' He nodded.

''You don't cut your own hair?''

''No..''

''Oh. I'll cut it for you.'' I smiled. His eyes widened. ''Relax. I've cut a lot of people's hair before. I used to work in a salon bout a year ago.''

''You learn something new everyday.'' He mumbled. ''Anything else I should know?''

''Hmm.'' I scratched the back of my head. ''Not that I know of.'' I laced my fingers with his. ''Come on!''

''Where to now?'' He asked probably secretly hoping it wasn't another clothes store.

''Back to the hotel?''

He nodded, a small smile tugged at his lips. I could get used to this life.
